This place needs help ASAP the girl in the front taking orders seems to be new and completely lost. After having to repeat my order 10xs she still managed to input my order wrong and when I asked for our cups that go with our order that she JUST put in she asks how many cups? And what size goes with it? Really??? Lol. The staff here is highly unprofessional stopping everything to argue in the back of the kitchen in front of everyone. The management needs to really get their staff in order. While sitting and eating I could hear the new girl and another who looked to be working the drive through talking about customers.The only good remark I could give is to Matt he was the only one trying to get things done while everyone was going through their emotions with the argument that went on. That lady puts my food on a tray and I tell her that it’s to go and since I said that she had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. When I got my food I wanted to ask what her name was and her back was facing me and she showed me the back of her hand telling me to hold on. I had to get her name from another employee. I went back after finishing my food because my sausage egg and cheese croissant had no egg. When I went back I asked for a refund and she’s telling me that what I ordered was wrong and she’s saying its the system and whatever. I'm often in states where they still believe in great customer service, and looking you in the eye. Then I usually return home to South Florida, and am highly disappointed with fast food establishments. Well, they got it right at this Old Cutler Burger King. My visit on the 30th was good enough for me to return the next day. And on the 31st, I gave more specific details. The young lady really listened, and got everything perfect!! A gentleman even threw in a dessert because he felt I waited too long for the food! I really appreciated that!! Getting the order right, great customer service, and great tasting food equals me going back often. I'm glad they're the closest B.K. to me. But I'd gladly go out of the way to give them my business....
