Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

Only gave one star so I could get to write this review. Used to come here a lot. I will no longer! My wife and I came in on Mon Oct 31st at around 6:45pm (please check your cameras if you have). A young man was working on an order (I assume). The store was completely empty. My wife and I greeted him, he didn't respond. As a matter of fact, didn't even raise his head to look at us to acknowledge us. We walked over to the ice cream bar and asked about a particular flavor that we didn't see. Again, not even a shake of his head. My wife called to him... "Hello, good evening! Do you have butter pecan? The boy just ignored my wife. Mumbled under his breath... Couldn't tell you what he even said. He was soooooo rude and disrespectful, I no longer wanted ice cream. These young kids you hire to perform customer service are a joke. They will end up ruining this location. Monitor them properly and care a bit more about the customers who frequent this ice cream palor. Because of the awful service my wife and I received this evening, we will not...

The customer service of one of the girls, (tall, dark hair, brunette) who was rude from second one, and the other guy, who she exchanged places with out of the blue, (short, had brackets) who was sarcastic and extremely disrespectful to the point of asking me if I had a problem that he was sensing an attitude and a certain vibe 😳😳😳. I couldn’t believe my ears, I was starting the order for my daughter (it was on Mother’s Day) and my sister and nephew were part of my party. My daughter felt that because it was her order she was at fault. Honestly, I am do disappointed!!! That’s the creamery on my neighborhood me and my family ‘ve been visiting since my daughter was born and even before that!!! I restrained myself not to be rude in front of my family and customers. Cold stone has great ice cream and my wife and I been customer of multiple locations for more than 10yrs. This specific location that is the closes to my new house its just frustrating. I Sunday and they had no chocolate ice cream. Today i called prior to going because we dont eat nothing else but CHOCOLATE ice cream and guess what they said they had. Took me 15min to get to the store and they said that they just had run out! This was so frustrating that i just said ok and left. I wanted to go off on them because honestly that is such bad customer, but must of all bad management. Its not the kids fault so i didn't want to go off on her but i really hope that at one point they realize their bad service...
