Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

Been going there for 18 years and never had I experienced something like this. I was returning 2 pizza that I had just bought because they were given to me old and stale. As I requested to have the redone the guy working there got really mad at me for returning them. As I saw the attitude he was giving me I requested to speak to a manager. He replied that they didn’t have one. So I agreed to just wait for the new pizzas to be done. The guy walks to the back where there were to other females working doing pizzas. And they started to laugh and talk about my exchange. I just stood quiet and decided I was gonna contact corporate and let them know about this horrible experience. Then I noticed they were all with their Cel phone in hand and while they were touching their hair and pants when they decided to take out the pizza with no glove nor washing their hand. I stated to them along with the other customers that were in the store that that was not safe nor correct. That’s when the guy employee started to call me all type of name a started to get aggressive with me and started to hit the equipments behind the counter when then he came bad and hit the side of my head with two pizza boxes. Management did nothing to assist with the situation they actually said they didn’t have a manager which is a lie. I was able to record him hitting the things inside the store...

The manager who running this place is super oblivious to how the store being Operated. The workers are barely in the front. Online is always 30 minute delayed from what the app tells you. There’s a line of customers that needs attending, but you Conversations in the kitchen that doesn’t paint a good picture. I usually place my order online, but With this location it looks like The workers here are not even putting anything in the system or updating the order so you still have to go in and wait a long time to catch one of the workers attention they do not respond to people calling them In the front And seen Annoyed that you interrupted them because you’re trying to get your pizza that you paid for. This location has no structure and does not train their employee with the basic customer service that it takes A small piece of joint it’s not hard nevertheless the Manager in this location Is not good and was all due respect, managing that store horrendously. I a lot of my friends come here and most of them are the chillest people but when they come to this Location they have to turn full Karen mode because if not, the employees will not get...

Ordered crazy bread on the app for $3, when I went to pick them up they were ready in the kiosk. I peeked in the bag and the bread looked like it didn’t have any cheese. I asked the employee at the register to please add cheese to make it look like they are supposed to look. I saw her trying to use google translate to communicate with me in English so we had the conversation in Spanish. She explained to me she would need to charge me extra for additional cheese and then proceeded to ring me for $2. I refused to pay an extra $2 to get the breadsticks made the way they were supposed to be made to begin with. I walked out with the breadsticks and then called the store from my car to see if there was a manager on duty that I could speak to. There was no manager on duty and when I asked the team they were not willing to give me their names or the name of the manager, stating that it was against company policy. In the end they refunded the order and they went in the trash.
