The embroidery department younger lady(long blond hair in a pony tail) is very rude. At the beginning in a very nasty way she refused to embroider 3 skirts I bought earlier today and told me very disrespectfully to leave them and come back tomorrow. I explained to her I bought them earlier this afternoon and a dark hair color lady earlier told me to comeback after 5pm and before 7pm since at 5pm is when they will start embroidering and it will only take a few minute wait. She started talking to her other coworker about me and my order that I will have to stand there and wait over an hour thinking I didn’t understood what she was saying. I responded to her in Spanish so she knows I understood everything she was saying that I was going to wait for my 3 skirts to get embroidered since I was told to come back. Because of the very poor customer service the embroidery department offers it makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable and not wanting to come back. This lady talks and acts like she is working for free and not getting paid and treats customers very bad. I felt offended, disrespected and very humiliated the way she spoke to me.She is very rude, nasty and disrespectful and this store will loose a lot of customers because of the poor quality service she provides. I am sure am not the only one and first person that gives a complaint about her. There are 2 blond ladies I am referring to the younger one with very long blond hair(in a pony tail). Read moreThis business is terrible. I've been in this store 3 times. The first two, I had seen plenty of unhappy customers and the third time I guess was my turn... I had dropped off one article for embroidery service. The day that I dropped off the article I paid in full for the service and was told that it would be ready in one week, to which I agreed because I did not need it for one week, as one week and one day passed, I went to pick up the article. There was a line and ahead of me were already several unhappy customers (as seems to be the norm in this store) and the person right before me asked the person behind the counter about embroidery service as well and she was informed that it would take one week. Well my article was not ready... As I asked the lady to just refund the money and return the article because I needed it for the next day, she told me that they could not refund and that they could give me a store credit... I don't need a store credit if anything I do not want anything from this store... They charged me 100 percent of a service that they did 0 percent of. Then she says that the service takes 2 weeks after they had told me a week earlier and the lady in front of me 2 minutes ago that the service takes one week. So they robbed my money. They offer service that they cannot accomplish and then they are not liable for the money that they receive. It's a shame that schools are married to this store only for the sales of uniforms, if they had competition I bet they would probably worry about customer satisfaction or maybe they would be out...
Read moreI went to this store on the weekend to exchange some scrubs because they are start to show some damage because of a lack of quality with the cloth after using them and wash them (btw they cost me very expensive) Unfortunately, the customer service were terrible. To be honest I don't have the receipt and tags, but when I went the first time to buy the scrubs they never explained me that I have to keep the tags to return the scrubs also I asked before to buy the scrubs that in case of stains if I will have issues with the return and they said NO and even having the opportunity to explain about they rules for the return they never explained me that I have to keep the tags.
