Miami Grill — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

Terrible experience. After spending 30+ minutes on the line, I get to the order speaker and am told they're too busy to make my order. A simple milkshake. Not to mention, there are at least 6 vehicles ahead of me. I asked for any other dessert menu item and was told the same thing. Not that they were out, machine broken, but just refused to make the order due to them being "too busy" even after I waited my turn. I was annoyed by the level of service I received and could not get off the line until the 6 cars ahead of me were served (once on the drive thru line, you're stuck!). I mentioned this before pulling off from the speaker but the lady taking orders decided to ignore me. Since I had to wait another 20 minutes to get off the line, I asked to speak with a manger to inquire on their process. This was just as bad as speaking to the cashier. He said they can pick and choose what items to serve to customers based on how busy they are. First time hearing that! Doubt I'll ever be returning. Especially after 45+ minutes in a line, as a paying customer to receive nothing but terrible customer service! Every time I order on the app for Miami grill these people ALWAYS gets my order wrong and missing an item. Their online systems NEVER works supposedly I ordered on the app this evening and just to go there for my order to realize that their online system was not working. I had to show prove of my order which is necessary it took some time to get it ready but eventually I got my order. My order was 4 meals just to check the bag with one whole order missing. Waiting 25-30 minutes for the first back and had to wait another 15-25 minutes for the order they messed up no one was giving no care for the situation I just saw eyeballs looking at me like what is he still doing here WORSE experience every time is gets worse. I would give this review ZERO stars if I could. On the other hand the cooks that were in the back today where exceptional unlike the rest in the front. I don’t know there names but hats off to those guys. However, the front of the house needs major assistance for customer service it’s highly needed. I would not go back...

Slowest drive through from all of Miami dade. I literally just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. It’s so ridiculous. If it wasn’t for my father who craves to eat this every now and then, I would never go. No regard for peoples time at all. And it’s 3:30 so it’s not lunch hour. Do better people.

Update….. it’s been so long since I’ve came back, and even more disappointing then I remember. I was the only one in the drive through line so didn’t have to wait 30 minutes this time, but still had to wait about 15 minutes. Nothing was branded. The bag, frys, or drink. Everything was brand-less. I asked for cheese on my burger two times, to find no cheese on my burger. I asked for a meal and a separate large fry. To no surprise, the fry that I was charged for wasn’t in my bag, so I had to ask to get my fry before I drove off, good thing I checked. And the frys have absolutely no taste at all. The frys use to be my favorite part of the meal and now they are just entirely mediocre and tasteless. Disappointing to...
