
Worst experience and customer service WHILE the owner was there. I barely got a greeting at the door and when I did it was very poorly, I was waiting to take my to go order for over 10 minutes and sat there while the workers surrounded the bar to talk amongst themselves including the owner! I’m sorry, but am I invisible? I watched as other customers came in AFTER me and were greeted and serviced immediately. They stood there and watched me but never attended me. So when a server finally came to take my order, which made me feel like it was a burden, I waited over 30 minutes for them to get the order wrong and one small ramekin of yum yum sauce when I had 5 items. I ended up paying $5.37 for an extra four small ramekins. I asked for my order to be corrected, and another worker walks outside to where now the owner is located. Everyone’s face and demeanor made me uncomfortable as I already felt no one wanted to service me in the first place. Since obviously it was such a burden to get what I actually wanted and paid for I decided to leave and thought that was the best choice. Besides, I don’t have another 30 minutes to wait. I called back the restaurant to ask for cooperates number and I got attitude over the phone instead of the number I asked for. I was instead asked for my order number which shouldn’t matter as I called for cooperates number and the worker, who’s apparently the manager and told me she has no name, hung up on me 3 times. The last time I called, the owner answers and has the audacity to tell me I should’ve been more patient so he could’ve given me my money back. No one was asking for their money back, once again I was asking for cooperates number, which I still haven’t received. I asked for the name of the “manager” who answered the phone the first 3 times and hung up on me, and the owner says he doesn’t have managers but instead shift leaders. I then ask for the shift leaders name, the owner then tells me he doesn’t have shift leaders. I proceed to ask the owner for cooperates number and he says and I quote “I don’t know why you need the number, they aren’t going to do anything” and gives me the number moments after which happens to be the sushi sake in Doral. All across the board, the experience was appalling. I will not be back and I recommend you drive the extra mile to the next location. Terrible experience. Read moreSuper disappointed with my experience with this store today. I placed in order at around 4:24 through the website (which I've done many times). Since I have a profile I assumed it had the location set to the one I always go to as all my other information was presaved. It was my mistake not double checking as it ended up making the pickup order for this location which was more than 40 minutes away. I immediately called once I noticed my mistake and the guy on the phone basically said they couldn't cancel it as it was already prepared and it is what it is. I completely understood there stance and after much debating we decided to head over as we didn't want to lose our money. We arrived to the place around 6 and when we went to collect it they told us they had thrown it around as they assumed we weren't coming. We didn't blame them for the assumption so we happily waited for them to remake it. 20+ minutes go by and we go back to see how its going and they hadn't even started it despite saying they would. They finally bring it out an hour later and decide they want to recharge us for the order despite us having paid the initial order (which we never got) and not getting any refund. They're decision was based on "us taking to long and not being sanitary to keep". Mind you our order was ready to pick up at 4:32 and we got there a little over 6 (I was texting my dad at the moment and at 6:19 I mentioned to him that they would be remaking it after my boyfriend had gone to speak to them and come back out to tell me they would be remaking it so we took a little over than an hour and a half). As stated before we never denied our mistake and were very understanding on them assuming we wouldn't come despite us never stating that so the decision to have us wait for an hour just to tell us we wouldn't get our food unless we paid again is absolutely ridiculous. Read moreI love sushi Saki but the last two orders I have done online have not been so great. My food was not ready either time and I had to wait a significant amount of time for my food. I was ok the first time it happened, but this last time was really hard to move past. My order was placed at 630 and said it wound be ready by 7:05. I arrived at 710 and it wasn’t ready. I left and came back in like 15 mins and it was still not ready. I asked what the hold up was as was told at 730 that my sushi was being packed. I said ok that should not take but about 5 mins. Well 25 mins later I asked again and was told it was still being packed. I asked for a manager who was handling another customer at the time and unfortunately, a server came over to I guess assist me and was so rude to me. She told me it was being packed and I said I have been waiting for my sushi to be packed for almost an hour. She then said well what do you want to do, wait or leave. I immediately said get me a manager NOW. She got me a manager, Destinee, who IMMEDIATELY apologized for taking so long to address my needs and immediately apologized for the delay and offered to compensate me with a discount on my next visit and a simpler way to order next time. She was calm and listened to me and my concerns. She even texted me the info on how to order directly via the restaurant and not online. If I could give her 10 stars I would because she is the reason I will come back and I would recommend that the servers and front entrance team be retrained on how to not lie to customers about the reasons their food is delayed and to have a way better understanding of our concerns. Waiting 5-10 mins is one thing, but waiting 45-1hr for food you ordered is unacceptable. The food was ok this time and I think it’s because I was frustrated but it was hot and fresh.
