I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that already came with a premium sound system, but I wanted a little more bass and sound quality. I took it to another shop to get it installed, and they put DS18 in my car. Nothing against DS18, but if you're someone who values sound quality and good music, not just loudness, then don't get DS18; their products will likely disappoint you. The installer of the system did a bad job with my amp setup and wiring, and even the speakers were installed incorrectly.

At this point, I'm too committed and want my music to sound good, so I searched and found Exotic Sounds in Miami. My first interaction with Albert was when I discussed the issues I was having with my sound and needed it to be tuned. Albert assured me that not only can he tune it, but he is one of the few certified to perform Max tunes for vehicles here in Miami. I was intrigued.

I set up an appointment with him (you have to schedule an appointment, as Exotic Sounds gets very busy), and when I brought it to the shop, he diagnosed a plethora of issues with the work done by the previous installer. Speakers, wiring, amp rack/installation, battery rewire.. You name it, Albert was like, 'Yeah, we can turn this all around.' So, I told Albert to do whatever was needed to get it sounding good again, with the bass and quality I had sought in the beginning. A few appointments later, my Jeep is one of the best-sounding out there. The setup is truly phenomenal, featuring DS18 boxes with JL W6s, a DSP-integrated JL amp powering all speakers, and a JL HD Monoblock that has been tested and proven. The music playing now sounds better than the actual concert.

Albert even took it a step further and equipped my vehicle with a state-of-the-art alarm system to protect the investment in my Jeep. He took his time and rewired my rock lights, headlights, and fixed mechanical issues I had with a few of the actuators. Truly worth it. I love the sound; I've found a new joy with my Jeep, and I can't wait to ride in it and hear the nice tunes coming out. Thank you, Exotic Sounds! A true professional and word is bond. They deliver on what they say, and I respect that.

This is the second time I change the stereo in my car, and I was very skeptical to take it to a shop since the first time I did at another shop they broke my plastic hazel on the dashboard, so I had to buy a new one. Since the moment I called, almost 200 miles away the person answering the phone was very nice explaining the prices and how to meet my needs. I got there 3 hours later and they explained exactly the same thing. Very knowledgeable and came out with all the equipment to do it myself, because again, I didn't trust anyone with touching my car inside. After trying for days with OEM brackets and later the aftermarket bracket installation kit, I got the stereo in place but couldn't put the bazel back no matter what I did. Even the employee game me his phone number to contact him for any questions. But still I couldn't do it. Finally I gave up and brought the car back to the shop with the job half done, the gentleman which I think his name is Danny, took the car to the back and in less than 20 mins he comes back with a job amazingly done, I thought it was imposible to do but he prove me wrong. He shows experience and the best part is that they showed empathy for my troubles. And did not charge me a dime aside from the equipment stereo and mounting kit. Amazing.
