The location itself has plenty of parking and the inside has suitable dining space for a quick bite. There were a lot of employees there. The bartender was conversing with the customers at the bar top throughout the duration of our time there, so we didn't have a chance to order beer. But the selection was vast, and the bartender was super attentive to those at the bar. The cashiers looked annoyed to be there, and when we explained that we didn't know what we wanted because it was our first time, he literally rolled his eyes. If I were alone, I would have left. But my husband doesn't care about customer service, it's the food. Which was good. I was a little disappointed in my sandwhich- ratio wise. There was just so much lettuce. The bread was fresh as we're all the other ingredients. The turkey tasted like it was freshly sliced and had a great temperature. Bacon was delicious. My husband and son both enjoyed their sandwhiches. My husband, in particular, said that his dip was perfect. Read moreThis is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online, 3rd time it’s the same sandwich and same SIDE request (both checked the box AND wrote it in special notes to TRY to avoid the repeated error). Yet they still forgot the side! Also, the third time I’ve called to let them know, the third time they’re very nice about it and say the same thing. I have zero faith that if I ever give them a 4th try, they’ll get it right then. What a disappointment when you crave something, order accurately, and then it arrives incomplete. Not to mention that the call to complain takes their time, my time, and employee or customer time when the manager has to be on the phone. Read moreI and my friends been here at Jan-16 noon, we order 4 sandwichs and pay by credit card for total USD80.7, I saw it "Approved" on the payment device, but the first time, the cashier tell me it didn't work, and ask me to tap the card for 2nd time, same I saw "Approved" on the payment machine, but she still tell me not work and ask be to pay by another card, finally she tell me it works, and the first 2 times won't be charged.
But after I come back to Taiwan, the bank tell me all the first 2 pay orders both worked, the store still charged the 2 payment which she said "won't be charged since it not worked", please someone give me feedback about this, since I paid total 242.1 USD for 4 sandwichs!
