Panda Express — Restaurant in Cypress

I’ve always liked Panda Express until a recent experience where I paid nearly ten dollars for a mini bowl of food(barely a snack) and a drink. It was however, good as far as fast Chinese food goes but why did they steer away from the larger trays? I used to pay no more than seven or eight dollars for a heaping take out tray of food from Panda Express so why now, during a pandemic, are you selling mini bowls for higher the price? Shame. Never coming back. If I want high quality fast Chinese food pick up stix will be my go to, otherwise I’m sticking to my friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout place, the wok experience! I pay seven dollars for a heaping tray of great food. They do t cut quality or rip people off.

I could’ve gone to a high-quality sit down dinner Chinese restaurant for less than I paid equivalent to that portion panda...

It was ok. I was so hungry I just started chowing down. But, the chow main wasn't real fresh. The chicken with mushrooms was pretty shy on the chicken. I thought the chicken egg roll had some sort of after taste. I've tasted better ... the sweet and sour made it good. The Beef with Broccoli was Very Good, but seemed like a small portion. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was Out of this World!! That was Fantastic! The server was very polite, and efficient. Price seemed high, but what isn't any more. Came in about 8 pm, store closed at 9:30 pm. Guess this store isn't too worried about quality on a Sat. Night. Overall, I don't think I will go back here again. Prefer the Panda Express at Spring and Woodruff, in Long Beach at the Pavilions. 1ST. OFF THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND THEY HANDLED MY GREVIENCE FAIRLY BUT. I ORDERED TERIYAKI CHICKEN COMBO. WHEN I SAT DOWN AND OPENED THE LID. I DISCOVERED ZERO TERIYAKI SAUCE, 🤔🤔 I THOUGHT TO MYSELF HOW DID THEY FORGET TO ADD THE SAUCE. SO WHEN I WENT BK TO THE COUNTER THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE IT ANYMORE AND INSTEAD HANDED ME PACKETS OF TERIYAKI SAUCE 🙄🙄 TERIYAKI SAUCE IN A PACKET. ??? LIKE KETCHUP !!! IT WAS HORRIBLE !!!
