Food for Starbucks is always great, who hates Starbucks right? My experience at this specific store was TERRIBLE. Food is great but the service is unacceptable... On September 23rd at 11:49AM, I went in to get a coffee. It was pretty busy, so I was expecting a bit of a delay. However, I waited about 20 minutes for my drink (not even multiple, just ONE) but the drink didn't come out. I asked one of the worker that was making the coffee about my drink, telling my name. The worker told me that my order went missing. The worker told me that he will make me one now, but waited again again and again... Not only that the person that came before I did got a drink first than I did even though that one person came approximately 5 minute after I did. It was taking way too long and so I went for a refund. I told the lady that I wanted a refund and told her about the general situation. To be honest, if she just apologized for the inconvenience, I might've not written this review. I was telling her about the situation, and she just cut me off saying so "you just want a refund right?" Yes, I want a refund but the attitude that she gave me was horrible. 3 days have passed and I checked my Starbucks app, but I realized the refund haven't came in. I called them on September 26th about the situation and this guy told me to give them couple more days. I checked again on 30th and this lady said she doesn't know how to handle the situation and will let the manager know about the situation to give me a call back. Did I receive a call back? NOPE. I went in today on October 3rd to get a refund. The manager wasn't there but the lady that claimed to be the assistant manager at the time 12:55PM assisted me. It's funny how I didn't receive a single apology from any of the workers at Starbucks. Starbucks Corp., is this how you train employees? Your food and drink may be good but who would want to return to the exact same location if the customer service is terrible. How are you going to compensate my gas and time that I spent to stop by because of a mistake that the employee made? Read moreI don't usually visit Starbucks often, but I went this time with my mom to spend some quality time together. My mom really enjoys this location, so we were happy to stop by. However, today I had a bit of a disappointing experience.
I placed my order through the app and, when picking up my drink, I asked if I could have some water. The staff member informed me that their policy requires customers to order water at the register, which I hadn’t realized. Since I ordered through the app, I didn’t have an opportunity to mention it at the counter, so I thought it would be fine to ask while picking up my drink. I immediately apologized, explaining that I wasn’t aware of the policy, and I also thanked her when she handed me my drink.
However, the staff member remained unresponsive and had a cold demeanor throughout the interaction, which left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I’ve always had a positive impression of this location because the staff are usually friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming, so this experience stood out even more in contrast.
I hope that in the future, these types of policies can be communicated more smoothly and that customer requests, even if they don’t align with the store’s procedures, can be handled with a bit more kindness. This store has always been a lovely place to visit, and with small improvements like this, it could continue to be an even more...

Still terrible service. Male Employee is very busy for his chattings, and then he keeps me waiting. I visited there since 6 months. Their service is Awful. The Atmosphere is so Good. However, terrible service is the same as before. ーーーーー
I really don't like to put a tea bag stub in hot tea because of glue and some chemicals, so I asked him not to put in a stub. After that, I couldn't Believe and was Shocked and Surprised.
He started to excuse. Will anybody be Happy driking Tea with CHEMICALS?
