Horrible.
What kind of fried chicken place dont have fried chicken. I asked staff and they said maybe next year. What u mean maybe??? So the only options you got are the tenders and the sandwich. I got the tender meal with fries and Mac n cheese. The sauces I got was the peach pepper and their version of cane sauce. I actually like their house sauce, it was a kick to it but it doesn't make up for how unseasoned the chicken is. People complain about canes chicken being mid but u got the sauce to carry it at least but it doesn't work here. The tenders taste worse than the ones you can get from costco frozen aisle. The Mac n cheese is mid, just okay but they charge you a premium to add it as a side so that threw me off paying extra for a mid side. The french fries was the best thing I had, that's sad. The employees don't upkeep on drinks either, I had to ask three times for them to refill the sweet tea. Twice at the counter and the third time in a workers face when they brought out our order; giving her my empty cup demanding for some ice tea because its been over 20 minutes and no one refilled the tea. So much for Bojangles legendary sweet tea. Management you better teach your staff fast and work with logistics. If you guys don't have fried chicken before the end of the year this place is doomed to fail.
Almost waited an hour for below average food is unheard of. Only saving grace is on Tuesday its bogo meals. Which I still think...

Bojangles can be a hit or miss depending on when you go. The Bo Berry Biscuits are amazing when they're fresh - definitely worth it if you catch them right after opening around is 6:00am (NOT 4:30am like it says on Google). Soft, sweet, and perfectly baked.
The chicken biscuit, on the other hand, was a little on the dry side. I'd recommend grabbing some jelly or a sauce to go with it.
I went twice - Friday @ 6am and everything was great: hot food, friendly service, and fresh Biscuits but when I came back Saturday around 7:33 am it wasn't quite the same. The food wasn't as fresh and the service wasn't as sharp.
Overall, it's decent, especially if you go early and catch the right crew - but consistency seems to depend on who's working. I'll give an update when I go for lunch/dinner.
Oh, definitely check your bag to make sure you're order is correct. Especially if you order more than 1 of the 2 packs of Bo Berry Biscuits. They seem to overlook the quantity ordered and just see 2 Bo Berry Biscuits but you should check with every restaurant you go to if your order is correct. I put $20-$30 bc if you're ordering for your family then yes it will be that amount but if your just ordering for yourself...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place isn't anything like what they advertised. I know they just opened but you'd think they would put in more effort into preparing the food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo and paid to upgrade to make it a club. I received my sandwich without the upgrades and it looked like someone sat on it. Two dollars extra for nothing.
My wife ordered a bo's chicken sandwich combo and hers was decent. We also ordered an order of bo's berry cookies and they asked us if we wanted icing on them, we said yes. Of course, there's no icing on either of our cookies. I ordered my wife a side of baked Mac n cheese and she noticed it wasn't even in the bag, thankfully she noticed before I drove off. Well, that Mac n cheese wasn't even baked and very underwhelming.
For $37 dollars I honestly feel ripped off. I should have taken a picture of my sad and squished burger, but forgot to. Maybe their breakfast is better.....
Edit: Our drinks were also mishandled. My wife ordered a half and half tea and I asked for a sweet tea. We both received unsweet tea. When I was at the drive through I asked which was which. The attendant just responded "I...
