Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Cypress

Walked up to place an order at their outside window with a lady that's very nice. But after receiving my order I sat down at the outside table to enjoy, it was "Lackluster" disappoint. I don't like the flavor of "milk" or "cream" so my Latte was disgusting. This was 5th. visit to this chain. •There's another new chain I frequent & recently open more locations. It has indoor seating which I'm a fan to stop for coffee Break & Avoid traffic! •Their ice coffees are Spot On! *This ice latte had "0" flavor or sugar.. •I prefer iced coffee with minimal sugar but in this case there was zero sugar with zero flavor of Coconut or Caramel *Before I left I went back to the window, this time to inquire "was my latte coconut or caramel?" He said "yes" •Complacent & nonchalant, I wasn't a fan of guessing or asking but certain "He" didn't...

I have to update my review sadly for worst. I have been a faithful customer since Dutch opened. My to go store was and still is on Barker Cypress across from the Goforth Park, kids there are really nice and friendly. My issue here at the Fry Rd. Is that they never listen to my requests. I order a latte without foam. Lattes don't have foam! In that case I would order a capuccino. Theg put lots of foam and I end up with an inch less or 1 1/2 less coffee. I want my whole size coffee and I don't like foam. I stopped coming here and going back to my original store. I am not satisfied with the way they prepare my coffee and dismissing...

I really enjoy this location! I may be bias because I go way too much due to ease of access and proximity to my work, but every time I pull through here it’s always a nice experience! All the employees are very kind and personable! I’m not normally a “regular” type person at places for whatever reason, but Emily and every employee I’ve met there (I’m horrific with names) make me feel way less strange about returning so frequently!!
