I may have only been to a few Cava locations, but of them, this is my favorite location! It could be because my wife and I tend to come shortly after the doors open on Saturday (sometimes Sunday), paired the awesome and friendly staff paired with the fresh food and vegetables and the cleanliness of the location. We have even come by for a late lunch/early dinner and the line wasn't bad and the food was still as fresh as can be! To the staff at this location, thank you for your awesome service, each person that we have interacted with is always ready to serve and with a genuine smile! We will continue to come back for more Cava! Also the pita chips at this location are always fresh and crispy/crunch on the outside with a nice soft slightly chewy inside! Cava feels more like a guilty pleasure than it is healthy food but it's both!!

This was my second CAVA after being introduced to the CAVA variety of fast casual eating at a CAVA in Austin. The main items on the menu are bowls or pitas filled with a selection of foods influenced by foods from Mediterranean countries. You stand on line at the counter and choose what goes in your bowl or pita either using a concoction created by their chefs or choosing I Fredy from the items displayed in front of you. Handy guides are taped to the glass counter so you can understand the foods with Green names. On both occasions the food was excellent and the counter service friendly and efficient. It’s an interesting, different and tasty bowl or pita and good value for money at $35.67 after tax for both of us.

The service here is always fast and friendly and there is a wide range of delicious options to choose from. It's refreshing to have a quick and delicious option that isn't unhealthy fried food. They do have some bowls and dishes that are pre-set but I enjoy making my own. The roasted eggplant and crazy feta are great additions and I love the new roasted sweet potato. The falafel is perfect. They also have a variety of yummy drinks like ginger beer that I enjoy. It's definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a quick lunch, and very reasonably priced.

Awful. We have tried to give this place business and it repeatedly does not meet the mark. The service is super slow and the entire point of a restaurant like this is to get through a line quickly. Yesterday was our last time to ever give them a chance because the staff and management are incompetent. We stood in line and one couple was checking out while we waited. They had two employees up front, the one checking out the couple proceeded to answer their cell phone and walk out. Just turned around and walked out. Left the register. The other employee continued to fill the vegetables and ignore that anyone was in line. We stood there in shock that she would blatantly ignore customers instead of waiting on them. This went on for a while to the point it was just laughable. The cook in the back noticed nobody was helping CUSTOMERS and did his hands up to us like he was sorry and then another cook joined him and they were just as shocked as we were. They, like us, watched this employee continue to ignore CUSTOMERS. I finally walked over to her and said hey, since you don’t have time to actually help customers and the other employee left on her cellphone, can I speak to a manager? She said no, one was not there. Shocker. Run….don’t waste your time or money. Plenty of other restaurants in the area with a competent staff. If by chance you are the owner and read this, I truly am sorry that your front staff is so hard to fill with capable employees. Check your cameras between 3:05-3:15pm on 8/12 and you will see how on ever level they failed at their job yesterday. It should be posted on exactly what not to do when training employees in food service. This is the first review I have ever left of a restaurant online, that’s...

I will say, the flavors are great otherwise I'd have given one star. Aside of decent flavor, this place was garbage. We were pretty excited to check this place out so we ordered in the app and picked our food up from the store. I arrived after my food was said to be ready and it wasn't ready. The staff seemed to be working in a very lax fashion. The store was filthy and trays were piled on on top of trash cans and the pay counter was smeared with food. The portion sizes we received were ridiculous they hardly gave us any food, the bowl I received was about a quarter of the way full and weighed about a quarter of the weight of a Chipotle bowl. If you're going to give a large bowl, fill it up like Chipotle does, seriously pathetic. We feel like we were completely ripped off. This place was a HUGE let down, hopefully management is able to find someone to properly train their staff to help progress the restaurant industry rather than give...

the place and food is pretty good but I went in there with some family and friends and the inside was freezing cold about 62 degrees according to the thermostat. we asked if they could turn off the A/C but they told us it was already off even though the vents where clearly blowing cold air. we where going to leave when they told us that nothing could be done. but ended up still ordering food as we could eat outside which was slightly warmer than the inside. every customer that walked in and they seemed to be busy complained about the same thing. whoever owns or manages this place needs to educate or give access to one of the staff members on how to or where they can turn down the A/C rather than just say there's nothing they can do and potentially lose business. if there was no place to sit outside we would have not eaten there. food I must say was good but would have probably enjoyed it more if we all...
