They made an error on our orders. We had two orders. We eat at that location a few times a month. Never check our food there since we never had issues in the past.
My colleague drove 20 min each way. When she got back to our office, she noticed one of the two orders was wrong. We got the fries and drinks … but no sandwiches. Mistakes happen.
My colleagues called the store. She told them the issue. She was expecting to hear I’m sorry. We will replace your order next time. Something of those lines. .
Instead Haley talked down to an elderly woman (my colleague). Haley said she checked herself for Norman, food was there. They went back and forth a few times. She asked to speak to a manager. Carlos got on the phone. She explained the situation and she was hung up on. They really upset my colleague.
I called back the store since it was my card that was charged. I asked to speak to the manger Carlos. I was told it was Oscar, who answered the phone, was the manager. They lied and said Carlos was the manager.
I explained the situation to Carlos. I asked what disciplinary actions would happen since they are a Christian base company and they had an employee that talked down to an elderly lady. He said they don’t do anything except say not to do it again. No remorse.
When I asked what they were going to do for treating my colleagues so poorly, she was In tears. He said he won’t do nothing. Only thing he would do is replace the order. No apology, not very Christian like behavior.

Came back in later around 4:25 pm to grab something for this evening and got screamed at by manager for a refil of tea
Carlos was cool about it but was saying this time then this gonzo came out of nowhere all loud disrespectful and rude saying throw it away and basically embarrassing me out the place so in fear left and started this review went back in to buy a gallon and he was twice as rude as the first time saying I can’t take pictures and he didn’t give me permission all this loud talk
I was merely ordering a gallon since my Togo cup of tea was thrown away in trash by this gonzo guy
Carlos and I were talking about it afterwards and he apologized on his behalf walked away unsettled I normally don’t let these type things get to me especially when I’m just trying to spend my money on their tea in which I love.
However this Gonzalez or gonzo not sure with glasses is very rude and unprofessional towards me as a customer. I am not sure I really want to spend my money at this location now. I did not like that tone or attitude towards a good paying customer. Plus, I really don’t feel like this is the face that I know of Chick-fil-A and the ones that I have been at.

Read moreI would like to share my experience at this Chick-fil-A location after spending nearly thirty dollars on two meals. I ordered a Cobb salad without tomatoes, but it came with tomatoes. I also ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich combo with American cheese, but received it with pepper jack cheese instead. Additionally, the waffle fries were cold and soggy.
In an effort to address my concerns, I requested to speak with a manager. I was greeted by a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. I explained my issues, emphasizing that I usually have a positive experience with Chick-fil-A's customer service. However, he seemed defensive and, upon asking for the salad dressing that was missing, I also requested mayonnaise and ketchup. After receiving those items, I was told by the manager to expedite my exit from the drive-thru.
This interaction surprised me, so I followed up by calling the store directly and found myself speaking with the same manager. When I addressed how I felt I was treated, he noted that there were others waiting in line, but I felt it was important to highlight that I am also a paying customer and the errors with my order were not my fault. Ultimately, I ended up with a salad containing tomatoes and fries that I couldn’t eat, which I ended up discarding. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return to this location...
