I am a long time customer of this location. As Ive lived in the neighborhood behind it for atleat 12 years. I usually go late night between 10-12 every now and then. Usually I get a typical bad attitude here & there which I dont care for, nor get bothered by it much. But this particular night I am stressed to believe this location has horrible employees and service as I've yet to see one of them smile or give me a enthusiastic attitude or actually make me want to come back. But this for sure is my last visit. I ordered 2 jr cheese burgers, 2 jr chicken sandwiches, 1 small fry, 1 large strawberry lemonade. I was rushed between each thing not given a chance to even get to something new to order as the lady kept trying to tell me my order as if I were done. Then when I pull up to window I hand her a $20 bill, knowing my total was around $9 and change. I get my drink & change at the same time with not receipt. I asked "may I get a receipt please" I then got an odd look as if she didnt know what I said, gave me my bag of food n rushed me to get out saying "goodnight" STILL not recieving my receipt. Reminding her "I didnt get a receipt" she gave me a look in disgust turned around and acted as if she had to honestly do something serious on the monitor to get the receipt of my order. As she handed it to me. It was obvious she tried to make a new one because on the new reciept It had 1 jr cheese burger 2 crispy chicken & a small fry... No drink & not 2 jr cheese burgers. Total 5.91 . and exact change given. Obviously not my first order. I seen it as I was still at the window no longer caring just getting pushed around by fast food workers in drive thrus as usual (lol) but obviously upset this time. Makes it worse when I realize I didnt check my bag to get home and find fries at half fill, & 3 crispy chicken sandwiches.... Order #3292 my hostess...
Read moreI come to this location generally around midnight often. The employees working at this time are great workers. They are very accurate with the orders and special requests. They are also very quick and friendly. I always make sure to thank them for their hard work when I come through. This is a reliable location.
I come here very often late in the evening. Their closing crew is extremely nice and they are very accurate in their ability of fulfilling orders. The customizations I request are correct 99% of the time at this location. Very rarely is something left out. The manager in charge at night is very friendly as well.
Out of all Wendy's I've been to this location is #1. I've been going to different Wendy's locations for years, but stopped because the closer location I live near (Copperfield) has a nauseating smell inside the restaurant and their service isn't up to par. I basically stopped going to Wendy's because of that at least 10 years ago, and once I tried this location I've been coming here since.
This location is ran by great management and is a prime candidate for other under performing restaurants to learn from. Their employees are just as awesome as their managers, as well. They are kind and friendly. They are fantastic! A++++

Read more....I went back a week later on good Friday to order to breakfast biscuits it was NO ONE was in line or around beside the 3 cars in the parking lot I came around 730am....the person who took the order in drive thru said when I want to order 10 of the biscuits he claim he couldn't even though I was willing to wait.....he said no then I also asked could the order be spilt he told it would have to be 5 PER CAR 🚗 I have never heard of such .....it was still NO ONE around to order still in drive thru.....when I asked to speak with the manager he said it was no manager I asked....I explained sir I'm willing to wait no problem he still wouldn't even try a customer willing to wait.... patience....most customers wouldn't....I was polite and calm....even though the associate was having a attitude.... when I drove back I asked could I speak to an manager he told me what a minute .....I said I thought there was no manager......which means he lied....not good ....to a customer this all took place in the morning...I was around for a least 35 minutes and still no one drove up to order and no one was in line .....when I drove off I backed up I was asked what was his name he told me Gustavo. If that's was his real name. Overall HORRIBLE situation and DEFINITELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...
