Management needs to get it together. This location is Hit-or-Miss most days. Some days the service is phenomenal. The majority of days, there's NO communication between any of the team members aiding you at the drive thru. You will get asked the same question multiple times, and still not recieve a correct order.

Some days the donuts are stale, most days after 10am the baked goods/donut selection is limited. They hardly ever have the milk alternatives (soy, coconut milk, almond milk etc) and usually ask you to make a substitution. Even if you use the app to make an order for pickup to save time, you'll end up waiting and recieving a poorly constructed drink or breakfast sandwich. More ice than coffee even when you ask for less ice, and never sweet if you ask for sweeteners. This is the place to go if you want your coffee to taste like burning paper.

Like what others said in the reviews, it is truly a hit or miss with this Dunkin when it comes to getting your order correct. I've tried to give this place multiple chances considering I just want some affordable coffee. However, no matter if you're ordering mobile or drive through, these people can't seem to get an order right. Experience today, I ordered the $6 meal deal, instead of the yellow American cheese, I told them to put the white cheddar cheese instead. Not only did my coffee taste so bland....they still put the yellow American cheese on my croissant . If they didn't have the cheese, they could've just said so, but nothing was said to me. Didn't find out until I drove off and looked at the pathetic sandwich they gave me. Don't think I'm coming back, just gonna start going to one of the local coffee shops or just take the trip to the other newly built one 🤷🏽‍♀️. Please hire competent people...it's...

this location sucks. came around the drive thru at about 7:50 and ordered myself a butter pecan iced latte. and tried to order myself boyfriend a peppermint mocha signature latte since it was still displayed both on the app and on the menu at the drive thru. well, the peppermint mocha was not available, no biggie. i get a french vanilla latte instead. once i get my drinks i tried my butter pecan latte, usually it tastes amazing at other locations. i’m not too sure what went wrong at this one, but it tastes so bitter, like they didn’t add any of the butter pecan flavoring. and somehow it tastes already watered down even though i started drinking it not even 3 minutes after i received it. the french vanilla latte just tastes like milk with the smallest amount of espresso and no flavoring. its straight up white. please save your time and just go to starbucks or something, or a local...
