Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst experience I’ve ever had a Chick-fil-A. The cashier and manager went out of their way to embarrass my wife and make this a terrible experience.. I paid for a kids meal with Mac and cheese then took my card to the other side of the mall to get food for my wife while she waited at CFA for the kids meal with my daughter. When I finally got back I was surprised to see my daughter not eating. My wife told me that they would not give her the food we order because they had mis heard her say Mac and cheese and needed her to pay $0.30 to get the food… I was outraged and tossed my card saying here please charge me. I asked for a manager to show how ridiculous this was thinking she’s apologize for the situation. Instead she said you still need to pay the 30 cents and don’t throw your card. I was shocked, I’m fine with paying for the .30 and my full meal but this was ridiculous… I finally got my daughters food and asked to speak to the operator. He was apologetic and offered to pay for my meal. I declined but wanted to have him keep the receipt for the 30 cents as a reminder of this terrible customer service. I hope this is a major training...

Wanted to try this Chick-fil-A for the first time at this location inside Northpark mall. But before that, I went to use the restroom. There, there was a worker from ChickfilA who had just used the restroom and he was “wearing gloves”, at first I didn’t pay much attention but than I noticed that he didn’t dispose of his gloves or even washed his hands. He just walked out. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t making things up so I asked my friend who was waiting for me outside the restroom if he saw that guy. Well he did, and still wearing gloves and just like that he went back to work. To confirm this I went to the restaurant and saw him serving fries. I was so disappointed, and although I’ve never eaten at Chick-fil-A before, my sister always buys food from this location for her three year old. I guess not...

The lady that works morning shift 10:17 am with the blonde hair , was extremely rude….she had her back turned towards us and we’re waiting for a good 2 min before one of the helpful empoyees helped us, the lady in blonde was very rude to her employees saying to make sure to tell us 10 min on the biscuits which wasn’t a problem it’s the way she approached the cashier with an attitude….then my husband wanted to grab more bbq and she just completely ignored him so the lady who kindly help us take our order helped us one again but in the back you hear the lady in the blonde being extremely rude to the employees, i’ve never experienced this with chick fil a or at north park i thought chick fil a was suppose to give friendly service this made my experience very unpleasant &...
