Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Dallas

I went on a virtual date with my boyfriend yesterday on Face Time at this location and he of course went to a chilis at his location at the same time. As soon I walked up to the door I was greeted respectfully and was seated. I think maybe I was seated 3 minutes and my server came and brought me my silverware, and asked if I was ready, I got the 3 for $10.99, chips and salsa and Cajun shrimp pasta with the strawberry lemonade. At my boyfriends location it took them a while to bring him his food. I received my appetizer and my entree and he still hadn’t gotten his food. Y’all are very good on time management. My server, Javier was very respectful, enthusiastic and helpful, he brought me my food within 10 minutes. Anything I didn’t understand he very willingly and kindly explained it to me. He kept coming back to my table and made sure that I was okay. I ate so much of my chips and salsa that I got full quick, but it was well worth it!! It was so good. My drink was okay, the only thing I wished they did was add actual strawberries in the lemonade. My food came steaming hot and ready, i waited like 5 mins before eating and it was still nice and hot. Me and my boyfriend prayed and thanked the Lord for our food and I dug in. I highly recommend that shrimp pasta!! 10/10! My boyfriend actually recommended it to me. I later on added a cheesecake that I only had a nibble of since I was soo full!!! It was definitely good tho! I’m glad I got to save it tho I’ll finish the rest of the pasta and the cake today! I Was So Disappointed In Coming Here To Have A Nice Dinner And Some Drinks And This Place Was Not Up To Par For One The Service was Bad The Food Was Stell and it taste like it was reheated and the rest rooms we're dirty unbelievably to see a restaurant like this one go down the tubes and last night there was not a manager in site to have the employees to check on there customers and check the rest rooms to see if there clean before some one walks in to see what I saw on the floor last night. this is nasty and all away around I will not ever come here again and spend money on food that I was not happy with instead me and my husband left and came home . this is the first time, I ever seen this place like this the way it is now we always would come here to eat and now the food is not good as it once was we've order food before to go as well and the hamburgers weren't done right and are orders we're given to us wrong but we let it slide a couple of times then we started to see other changes in this place. when they first opened up this place it was not like this at all until now this place went down to the dogs I hope they fix up this place and clean it up cause it won't be long other customers will complain and this restaurant will loose business and also getting bad reviews and that's not good hopefully the main head quarters come down to see what's going on with this establishment and make some changes fast before the city code enforcement comes to this place and have them...

I placed and online order. Picked up and paid in restaurant.

From order for two persons this item was missing: 1.Corn in cup steamed broccoli Barbecue sauce x2 Fries. That's 50% of my order.

The girls who working there wasn't trained or didn't do what she supposed to do. There were this small bag of ketchup souce in the floor. They stepped on it and it blew out onto someone behind me and my shirt. I let her know what she did to me and other customer. She did not express any filling about what she did. I asked for napkins. She brought some and apologized. That's it. The ketchups bag was still there and she didn't take it to prevent from happening it again to next customer. Came home and find out about incomplete order. The brisket was cold, hard to chew. What it supposed to be soups was something like taco ingredients. I was so regret the whole experience for my Saturday nights. Called and asked for delivery of missing items. Manager declined and offer me $15 gift card for my next visit. Would you visit this place again? I understand that you may not have delivery but for this case I would call one of dozen food delivery service in town to make the mess little bit clean.
