I'm so sorry for doing this. I never write reviews. On this specific day (10.30.2020) at approximately around 3:45 pm, two orders was placed for Carenow. We ordered online and I was sent from the clinic to pick up the order. When I got to Chipotle, I saw one bag with one order that was placed. I asked about the second order and they said it was picked up and was delivered back to the clinic. I told them I was sent to pick up the order and they said it was already sent. I did not want any trouble so I called Carenow and asked the person who placed the order to send me the receipt so I confirm what the second order was. They still insisted it was out for delivery. Finally, after waiting a second to confront them again (I did not want any issues), I finally confirmed that I still needed the second order. They finally made it but still insisted that it was already delivered tot the clinic. I said thank you as kindly as possible and they ignored me. I'm a chill and laid back person and I never post bad reviews , but this played my card. I got back to the clinic and I told the team what happened, and I also did NOT see the order that they persistently said was delivered to the clinic. I do not know the names of the specific employees I interacted with . However, usually those guys at Chipotle do a wonderful job day in and day out. I guess today was not one of those days.. Read moreThe food at this location is good and prepared properly most of the time. The service just barely reaches an acceptable standard. They get the food in the bag and can process your payment. If you want or need anything beyond that, don’t hold your breath because you’ll asphyxiate yourself. Getting ice from the machine is a 50/50 proposition because it is often empty. Unsurprisingly they don’t manage food prep timing very well so they run out of rice or meat or salad dressing or some other ingredient. It’s good to have a plan B in mind for what you want to eat when you’re forced to choose something else. And finally, the dining room is dirty. The tables are not wiped clean. The trash cans routinely overflow. This is a systemic problem at Dallas area Chipotle’s. The most frustrating thing is that every problem is easily fixable if the management and employees would simply do their job. I’ve eaten at Chipotle’s in other cities in Texas and other states. We both had a coupon and rewards to redeem. The register apparently wasn’t working when the first of us tried to paid. We just stood there while the food got cold for almost 10 minutes before the manager finally showed up who I think was busy eating a quesadilla because she had walked by with one earlier and did not address the problem. Finaly said she needed to ring us up on other register. We attempted to redeem our Chipotle app coupons for free guacamole and free double meet. She said we couldn’t have points or rewards on the other computer and that we needed to pay the full price. I said we only ordered the extras because they were free. She gave blank stare and said we needed to pay. Keep in mind we’ve already been waiting at the register for 10 minutes while our food got cold.
