Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Miryam seemed extremely overwhelmed. My order was partially incorrect and when I let her know I ordered original chicken not spicy she covered her face and said I’ll take care of it and snatched it out of my hand threw it away DIDNT apologize for the inconvenience and tried to hand me a three piece when I ordered a 5 piece threw away some fries and my biscuit she threw in a biscuit when I told her but didn’t care much about fried since I had already touched it like if I was supposed to be able to tell it was spicy before I took a bite. She was snappy at the young man trying to help her and when someone was in drive through she said can u ask them if it’s separate because “their being rude” as if someone else would want to help a rude customer and you clearly seem to be the senior employee since she tapped in and snatched my food when he was trying to help me because I guess I wasn’t rude about it. She seemed confrontational to the guy about something that he was telling her he didn’t do but she thought he did. Another customer was ordering but clearly didn’t have much money and when he was ordering she stopped him helped a door dash customer and then proceeded to help the gentleman man at the counter when he asked for a small cup of water to go with his order she made sure to let him know there was an additional charge. The meal was satisfying although they only had water and tea no soft drinks you would think she’d be a little more compassionate and a tad bit less rude less rude about charging for the small cup of water since your store isn’t even up to par on having drinks anyway. My recent visit here....first of all I order at the drive thru and specifically stated mac & cheese for a side. I was given mashed potatoes. I order for my family so I got chicken and 2 sides & the biscuits and order 2 extra sides. I was given my chicken, mashed potatoes ;which I did not order; fries and orka, no coleslaw like i ordered, and no biscuits. I went back to knock on the window where NO ONE came to answer the door. I went through the drive through. I told them I asked for Mac & cheese not mashed potatoes and I had no biscuits. I was then told it'll be 11.23. I was livid and stated I not paying for s*it for something I already paid for. I was told by the manager she can give a refund. I told her no just take the mashed potatoes out give me my Mac & cheese and give me the biscuits. She refused amd stated again she can give me the refund. I told her no she said you can have what you paid for. So I stated okay give me my biscuits then. She stated I didn't pay for them. Then a younger male came and I told him you look at the receipt and see if I paid. He looked and told her I am giving her the biscuits. The woman then said something in Spanish. During this entire time I was asking to give me her supervisor number. She told me in her accent I can find that put myself. I told her okay. This churchs chicken has turned so unprofessional since I am jot sure when for a while now. But if your in my hood. Okay where do I begin Only because I used to work for Church's Chicken I mean like 25 years ago I know certain things I know the difference between a freshly cooked tender and one that's been sitting under the heat lamp I know the difference between a freshly cooked popper and one that's been sitting under the heat lamp So anyway I went in there and I got the two chicken wraps $4 thing it's a new thing The one that had the poppers in it The poppers were at best room temperature The chicken tender was even a lower temperature than that How many barely made an attempt to wrap it The one that they call a regular which has coleslaw in it The coleslaw was so watery and yet again it was poorly wrapped But the coleslaw was so watery and yes the gender was cold because they put cold coleslaw next to the meat which was in the wrap So basically I'm eating watery cold chicken And I took so long to give it to me that the liquid from the coleslaw went into the chicken tender and...
