Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

I went through the drive thru and ordered a $5 dollar deal 2 pcs mixed 2 sides and a pepper. I got home no pepper the chicken is so old and dry it's not editable. Mashed potatoes are cold and old the gravy is chunky. I called the restaurant spoke with the Manager ZAmora she stated if I bring it back right now she would replace the chicken. I stated I live 15 miles away could you write my name down and after work I would stop by with my receipt. BUT I don't want any chicken I want a refund. She said no if you no come now its nothing I can do for you. I asked for corporates number. Oh course she doesn't have a corporate office. What happened to customers are always right? Horrible customer service! I use to love going to this churches before they remodeled it. I went through the drive through today, and as I was telling the employee what I wanted. He mumbled something after everything I said , mind you; I was very brief and polite when explaining what I wanted. So I didn’t understand the unnecessary random mockery. Once I pulled up to the window I purchased my food and realized my order was incorrect after I pulled off. I felt that the cashier messed up my order purposely. For what reason, I have no clue. If you don’t like your job just find a new one! Theirs no point in being rude and careless when preparing customers food! I get to The window take out credit card they say oh our machine don't work. Had to go get money out then go back. Asked to Speak with manager to see how they was going to compensate me for my time. Manager said sorry we have been telling The manager for a week.
