Went to this place around 1:50pm. The waitress came to the table while I was in the phone handling some business and rudely interrupted me, I asked if she could give me a minute she walked away never to show up to the table again. At 2:10 I ask 2 be switched to another waiter. We got to our new table and they sent a black waiter to the table instead, we asked for more dip for the chips but he walked off so quick he didnāt wait for me to finish which one I needed and brought more salsa, I told him that was not what I asked for instead of him saying okay he wanted to go back and forth. So the hostess ended up bringing the dip to our table. We was left with no menu, no silverware and no service until 2:18. The waiter brought our menu and walked off again and he never actually came to the table itās like he was scared to come to the table he tossing paper towels and standing off and walking away quickly. We ordered our food and I looked at the food and didnāt want it, it didnāt look appetizing. I ended up getting the manager Wes and he came with a whole attitude saying this is the 3rd waiter we had an issue with we never said anything about the second waiter then he brings up me being on the phone when the first waitress came to the table he said I needed to be off my phone to get good service. I told him I would pay for my ladies meal and he said we could just leave. And this is coming from a manager, he acted like he didnāt want this couple to get treated fairly. I see why the two waiters we had act the way they do cause he is rude also. So I got corporate number and called in on Wes the manager since he is the āonly manager there as he said with that name.ā Then walked off and would not acknowledge me as a person that was still talking he should not be in a higher position. Itās sad that I had to leave and get better service from a fast food drive thru restaurant than a sit down restaurant. I guess it was a problem being that we were a couple and donāt accept anything that people throw at us. This was a horrible situation. I can almost understand the staff but to deal with a manger with anger problems and just had a problem with the waitress thatās not good. This is definitely 2 thumbs down. Hopefully once corporate call back all their attitude will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot off work, came in with my friends and a bday boy. He came back from the Kentucky Derby, so they had a few drinks. We tried to get some drinks and enjoy the stars game. We placed an order for margaritas, they took our order but then we were told by a manager to get some food in and we'll get you the drinks.
The server was nice but he went around the table and got everyone's order except mine, he left and we eventually got their attention to get my order in.
The food took over 20min and got 2 orders wrong. Gave us 2 other random plates we didn't order, gave it to us for free which was good then we asked about the drinks and the managers came in and told us we're not getting any alcohol beverages that someone was loud.
Eventually after an hr in we got straws for our water.
I haven't drank alcohol at all and 6 others came in sober. The bar was really loud also enjoying the stars game which is what we came in for as well. Eventually they brought 2 drinks but it was a party of 8. I def did not get a drink. The one person who was drinking before getting to the restaurant got a drink š so much for "not wanting to loose their license"
We all asked for our bill, 20 min later, me and one other friend had to ask about 4 times to get the bill we eventually got up and went to a server till to pay and leave.
This was so unfair I'm never coming back and we always came to a Chuy's restaurant for this friends whole family bdays, that was the only reason I ever came to a Chuy's but next time I'm going to remind them to never come back to this location.
Honestly after leaving, I think they were NEVER going to give us drinks and just said to get food to lock us in. What a mess.
Mangers were trash I tried speaking to one and gave me...
