Corner Donuts — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered the day before. Received 2 calls to confirm the order. I thought, this will be great! Next morning 2 hours after the scheduled deliver I find out from my family the order never showed up. Called the shop and the lady told me they did deliver and that I gave them the wrong room number. After arguing with her for 10 min, the owner finally called me. He said they would attempt to re-deliver, but with only one driver it would take some time. At this point it was 3 hours late. Finally, the owner calls me back and tells me that the driver admitted they delivered to the wrong person and after 3 hrs and 45 min after the scheduled deliver my nephew received his breakfast. The owner offered to "credit" me for my time and their mistake with removing the cost of the donut holes ($1.10) and a $5.00 credit. After over an hour on the phone with these people and the frustration, I got a $6.10 credit. Now on day 3 of this---I have been charged to my bank account the original amount and the discounted amount. My $28 order has not charged me $48+. And they said the donuts were not even fresh! So, stale donuts, late service, poor customer service, and double charged! No thank you!!!! Never again. I guess my tomorrow will be dealing with them to try and get my money back. This was my first time ever going into this donut shop. I asked the lady behind the counter for 4 dozen donut holes. The lady placed my 4 dozen donuts into bags. I kindly asked the lady if she could put them in a box instead...because I have to take it to a meeting. She tells me that it will not fit into the box. I told her that I prefer the box instead of the bag. Why is she still trying to explain that it doesn't fit in the box and the box would only fit 2 dozens? Once again, I told her that was fine. She said I would have to charge you for the boxes. And again.. I said that is fine. She put the donuts in the boxes and guess what...they fit just fine. That was the worst service I have ever received from a little donut shop. She should probably consider taking sessions on how to give good...

This place is like the epitome of what donut shop should be. They're not gourmet-style Donuts but they're delicious them maple flavor was a little off but other than that every single donut with so good I wanted to buy them all are a little pricey but worth it the lady that works there that helped me was super friendly and gave me a really good experience I will definitely go back to this place again and again I recommend everyone try this donut shop there's a lot of donut shops in Dallas and I've been to most of them as I am a donut aficionado but this place is pretty much Takes the Cake as far as a regular donut shop goes so if you're looking for a mouth-watering melt in your mouth pasty good Donuts and check-out...
