RUDE & SLEEPY EMPLOYEES Last weekend, I bought a matcha tea latte from this place. When the lady checked me out and I paid, the screen showed 'green tea'. So, I asked her if that was the matcha. She replied that it was, and then asked me: You don't know that? SHAME ON YOU.' While she might have been joking, I didn't appreciate it. I've had a previous experience where I was given a mocha instead of a matcha drink, which is why I asked. There was no need for her to give me a rude answer and roll her eyes. Her behavior made me want to cancel my order immediately. I was totally shocked and disappointed. I am not an employee there, so I didn't know that matcha means green tea in your company's language. Instead of mocking me, she could have simply said "yes, ma'am", and I or anyone else would have appreciated it.
While they had three employees and only two customers ordering at that time, they were very slow and seemed to still be in a sleepy mode.
Thanks, but no thanks. I will never come back to this place to buy...

The new $1 charge for “no ice” or “light ice” is absurd — especially when they underfill the drink if you don’t pay it. The barista said they didn’t charge me, but my receipt shows they did. I did the math and the extra dollar was removed even though I never asked her to remove it. I just didn’t really agree with the new charge.
They wasted product making my first drink wrong (way too much cream when I asked for a splash), then remade it but still gave me less than a full drink — since I hadn’t paid the dollar. They also forgot my chicken, and the service was dismissive with no apology or explanation.
It’s wasteful, poorly handled, and feels like squeezing customers for every dollar. The cold brew also isn’t as fresh here given it is inside the Tom Thumb lacking many factors. It was very convenient but I’ll use up my preloaded funds and never come back. Starbucks has lost another...
Read moreOnce again I ordered a VENTI brown sugar oatmilk espresso with LIGHT ICE and they filled my cup to the BRIM WITH ICEEE!! Even with the ice it's not even filled to the top. I finished my drink in 3 gulps. I have asked them over and over pleaseeeee light ice and they continue to fill it up with ice. I don't get why? Is starbucks running out business to the point where they have to save product and fill my cup to the tip top with ice????? Mind you I doordash it to my job so I cant even get it fixed.
