UPDATE-10/19/24: I've again, had the same problem with my curbside order. I was at a another location and I placed my order. I went right across the street to Crumbl. I told the app, I'm here. It said it would be ready at 11:40 am. I had to go into the store to figure out why nobody had come out to my car to bring me my curbside order for 3 mini cookies. Today is Saturday, October the 19th and again at 11:40, my order was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't. I went in again. Nobody acknowledged me. Nobody said anything. I have video if you need proof. There was no other cars in the parking lot, but mine, so they weren't busy. And then there was 2 young girls at the counter, they didn't acknowledge me when I came in, they didn't say anything or act like they even cared, they were giggling laughing. It really was not impressive to me at all. They had to make my cookies while I waited, mini cookies. I was still not happy they didn't say thank you,, no apology or nothing. So I called the store, asked for the manager. Her name is Maria. She was less than compassionate, less than customer service worthy and I didn't appreciate it. And just like I told her if you want me to take my business somewhere else. I can do that. Basically, she had no response so to me that says okay, if you want to take your business somewhere else. So you've got it. I'll take my business somewhere else. I hate that that happened because I'm a very good customer of crumble, since 2021, since you opened. I don't appreciate it when I don't get good service. And I don't think you should be rewarded for it. As a matter of fact, the $2 tip that I left. I should get that back too because you didn't deserve a $2 tip. If you, corporate offices in charge of your franchises don't appreciate it well then, you know all the same to you as well. I have worked in a place where franchises are very important ( YUM Brands). So it's something that I know about, so there is something you can do from the corporate level, but again, if you don't want to, then I guess you don't have to my 2 cents worth.😡 UPDATE 10/11/2024- I HAVE TO SAY THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES THAT I'VE COME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AT RETAIL ROAD HAS GONE DOWN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY'RE YOUNG, THEY'RE INEXPERIENCED. THEY DON'T CARE. NOBODY GREETS YOU WHEN YOU COME IN, NO ONE LOOKS AT YOU WHEN YOU COME IN, THEY ALL LOOK LIKE A BUNCH OF SILLY TEENAGERS AND NOT PROFESSIONALS, WORKING AT A SO-CALLED FUN PLACE. I MEAN, I THINK I'M GONNA HAVE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I ORDERED TODAY, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11TH. I ORDERED THE PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP AND IT SAYS MY ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP CURBSIDE AT 7:40 PM. I HAD TO LITERALLY GET OUT OF MY CAR AFTER I'VE HAD KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY AND GO IN AND FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY COOKIE, WHICH I GOT AT 7:50. I OREDERED CURBSIDE FOR A REASON, AND THEN HERE I HAVE TO GO HOBBLE IN TO GO GET ONE COOKIE. THAT'S 10 MINUTES PLUS LATE. NOT HAPPY AND THE GIRL ACTED LIKE A LITTLE SILLY GIGGLY TEENAGER. GIGGLED, HE, HE SORRY. JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL, NO. REAL SINCERE APOLOGY IF YOU WANT ME TO GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I CAN, I CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN FOR YOU? I CAN GO GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEBODY ELSE.THAT WANTS IT. OH, AND THE $2 TIP THAT I GAVE HER. I WISH I COULD TAKE IT BACK. BUT HAPPY! :-( UPDATE 3/30/2024-They have a new cookie ya'll, it's called a carrot cake cookie OMG! This is a good cookie, wow. Delicious, it tastes likethe actual carrot cake. Moist has pineapple in it. It's really, really good. I'm sure it won't come back around any time soon. So I'm glad I was able to try it, but I also got the lemon cookie which is delicious and it has just the right amount of real lemon flavor not artificial, so I really can appreciate that but I wish you would come back around to some of the other uniquw flavors. Read moreThese cookies are amazing really and the cleanliness of this establishment is good BUT... I've only been to Crumble a few times and this was my first time at this specific location. The service was disappointing to say the least. When we came in, there was one single person ordering ahead of us, and 2 waiting for their order. As soon as the gentleman ahead of us moves aside to wait for his order , we come up to the counter and the young lady at the register began a conversation I assume was over some kind of phone, but she was talking into something for sure and it sounded like a customer. So we were waiting and of course she starts to give us these funny looks, while another girl who is dispatching the orders also starts to look at us like we don't belong there. Eventually she's done and has nothing to do so she just stands there, the other girl who was on the phone ends her call and walks away and doesn't even acknowledge us. I was really close to just walking out , but one of the male employees was nice enough to leave what he was doing to ask if we had been helped or not. It took way longer than it should have to get our order taken, I'd say about 10 minutes , we were barely even acknowledged, and when we were it was with a negative look. I also don't know if it matters but these ladies were Anglo[white] and I am of obvious Latino background. It made me uncomfortable, was disappointed because Crumbl has always had such a good customer service rep. But I don't intend to come back here. Read moreTerrible customer service. I placed an order from Missouri through the app that was never delivered for my boyfriend that is grieving the death of two family members. I thought I’d send him Crumbl as a surprise to cheer him up just a little bit. In the app the order status updated to delivered but when I called my boyfriend to confirm that he received it he said there was nothing at his door and no one outside(embarrasing…). I called the store to let them know so that we could either arrange for a redelivery or a refund. I was told by the associate that I spoke with that sometimes delivery drivers update that the order as delivered when they are actually still looking for the address (red flag #1) I was advised to call back if I still hadn’t received the order within the next 10 minutes (red flag #2) I agreed. When I tried to call back at the specific time that the associate recommended to me there was no answer. I’ve worked in the food industry and know that sometimes the store gets busy and the phone cannot be answered right away. I called back 4 more times within 2 hours and still no answer and no call back. In order to get my $20 back that I spent having 3 mini cookies delivered, I had to chat corporate.
