Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Dallas

EPIC FAIL. The pictures will deceive you. I've never had a brisket with no type of seasoning on it. The chicken was medicore. The brisket taste like rubber and smelled like gas, macaroni taste like it came from KFC and the beans taste like they have been sitting out all day. To top everything off I never was provided napkins. I doubt a homeless person would want to eat this trash. To add insult to this horrible food the owner decided that it was sufficient customer service to bring my previous positive reviews concerning other establishments that I visited which I gave great reviews. At the end of the day customer satisfaction is supposed to be priority, however this does not apply to this establishment or its owner which explains why the food tastes so distugusting and why the service is...

My normal Dickey's was completely out of brisket yesterday so I went to this location. The brisket can only be described as terrible. It was boiled meat. It was gray, had no bark, and a lot of fat. There was absolutely no flavor: no salt, no pepper, no garlic, nothing. Nothing could salvage this bland meat including a large amount of barbecue sauce. I drowned this meat in sauce and it still tasted like nothing. I threw it away and will never be back to this location. The only saving grace was that it was cheaper than my normal location. This is the best darn Dickeys BBQ i have ever ate at the mangers Gerald & Salvador are just awesome. The catering service is outstanding. My family loves this place. The Ribs are my favorite and the potato salad is the best i ever had at a fast food restaurant. I also love the fact my kids eat free on sundays with an adult purchase and also receives free ice cream & free refills on drinks.
