Update, Jan. 2025: This location is permanently, NOT temporarily, closed.

I came here in mid-July on a quick outing. Although the food’s rather expensive, it was excellent.

I decided to try the chicken thigh wrap. The portion size was relatively large, though, so I’d call it worth the price especially since the menu offers so many options for customization. I wasn’t expecting as large of a menu when I saw the size of the restaurant itself, but it does have a vast array of both indoor and covered outdoor seating.

The service was fine, too. Only one employee was at the counter when we ordered, but he took care of us well, not to mention we arrived within the first five minutes of the restaurant having opened its doors for the day.

Considering Meat & Rolls is a new place to Dallas, I feel I can’t grade it too critically today, but I loved what I ate during my time at and what I gathered from the restaurant (I also had the fortune of attending an event with some friends that featured food from M & R about six weeks after my in-person visit — on that occasion, brisket tacos; they, too, were fantastic).

I’d also normally hesitate to recommend a restaurant in an area of Dallas that’s appeared to have been on somewhat of a “downhill slide” over the last few years, but I’d call this a worthy location if you’re in the area and want a unique Tex-Mex cuisine experience even if comes a slightly higher price. I’m eager to try many more of the menu items on my...

I recently dined at Meat and Rolls Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal with family or friends.

The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, but the highlight for me was the perfectly cooked meat. Tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned, it was clear that great care went into every dish. The rolls were equally impressive – fresh, soft, and paired beautifully with the savory meats.

The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service without being overbearing. The food arrived promptly, and the portions were generous, offering great value for money.

Overall, Meat and Rolls Restaurant is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves quality food in a comfortable setting. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return for another...

If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, this unique kosher Tex-Mex spot is a must-try. From the moment you step in, the lively atmosphere and amazing vibe set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The friendly owners and staff make you feel right at home, enhancing the overall experience.

One of the standout features is the tortillas, made fresh from scratch right before your eyes. The freshness is undeniable, and it perfectly complements the diverse and top-of-the-line flavor combinations that the menu offers.

The meat, tender and soft, is another highlight. Each bite is a testament to the care and quality put into the dishes. Whether you're a Tex-Mex enthusiast or just looking for something new and satisfying, this place delivers on all fronts.

Overall, this is not just a meal; it’s a delightful culinary journey that you won’t...

Rip off! First off don't pay with cash...the no change trick! The register drawer was literally empty. So don't expect any change. I ordered what I thought would be food enough for two people since the check was $44.85. 1 taco baja fish $7.99 , 1 spicy fried chicken $17.99, 1 fried cauliflower $11.75. When I got back to hotel my girlfriend was, like where is my food? See pics! Literally 2 tacos and half a cup of cauliflower. That's it, please look at pictures! $18.00 for 1 chicken taco is a rip off! Almost $12 for 1/2 cup of cauliflower? Are you kidding me? The only good thing was the 16 oz coke for $3.70! JK! Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else! Don't get ripped off like me!
