By far the WORSE jersey Mike's location I've been to. I was so excited that this location was opening because I always become a regular at my near by jersey Mike's. I've tried SO MANY TIMES to give this location a chance and EVERYTIME! EITHER I ORDER by PHONE, ONLINE OR (can't believe it) IN PERSON my orders have been wrong more times than one! When my family goes every time the orders are wrong or reversed. The managers seem like they can't keep their employees focused. More times than once I was in the middle of talking to an employee about my order and they WALK OFF to get another staff member to do the work and they just stand around. Even the employee will be confused why they walked off. Seems like more employees are there to just play around. I understand some employees are new to the work Industry however, NEVER in my time of being young and working did my manager allow unprofessionalism. Sad to say i will be going to a different location, i hope at some point this location pulls it together in the future. So i can review with hopefully some updates to changes but as of now, i can't give this location the time of day.
Update: Spoke to Roxie about my concerns. She heard me out and understood. However, if she takes my concerns seriously or not i hope to see major changes. Especially if this is a on going issue she has been aware of before. Your workers is a reflection of your management. From your assistance, lead, cook, cashier. I understand you will have people that don't care about work, however don't let them bring down your hard work of having your own establishment. Also, don't make excuses own up to mistakes. Good luck to this location. I'm relocating to a...
Read moreMy food was phenomenal, which I always come to expect from Jersey Mike’s, but I’m writing this review based on the service I received. Heavy set guy with glasses making my sandwiches was very unpleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. He started by asking what kind of bread I wanted to which I responded Italian and getting frustrated with me. I'm used to saying Italian at Subway and didn't realize the correct term in this case was White. Instead of pointing me to the list or telling me the options he just raised his voice asking WHAT BREAD again. After this he never asked me what size I wanted. He was making multiple sandwiches when nobody was in front of me, so I assumed he was making orders for other deliveries and would get to mine when he asked for my size. He mumbled something to me which I couldn't hear so I assumed he was asking what sandwich I wanted. I said Italian and he got mad at me saying it's right here I already made it. How is that possible when you didn't ask me what size I wanted? I wanted a giant and was given the smallest option so I clearly did not receive what I wanted nor was I asked. I could barely hear him throughout the entire conversation because he kept mumbling and would not speak loudly or clearly, then he would just get frustrated when I answered something else because I misheard him. I'm not one to complain much but this guy made the entire process unpleasant. Food is great but I will probably opt for other locations...
Read moreIs that all there is? I have been a fan of Jersey Mikes for years, but this store set a new low. The person that was slicing had no idea what he was doing, and butchered everything that he was trying to slice. Instead of slices, it was shreds, and as you can see in my photos, I would be surprised if I had 2 oz total of meat and cheese on my #7. When he had to use two different blocks of cheese - that were rectangles, not round like provolone should be, I politely asked if he was sure that was provolone. He scowled at me and said he knew what he was doing, and kept "slicing." The only bright spot was the woman that added the veggies and sauce - she was lovely, and have me exactly what I asked for, and more. When I got to the car I checked my sandwich, and yes, it was swiss not provolone. I just didn't have the energy to argue with them, and decided that the issue would get more attention and hopefully retraining by posting it here, than going back into a store where it was obvious that no one cared about...
