I went here for the first time last week and they have great subs. The customer service on greenville was superb for a first time experience. My girl and I were hungry and I said we should go there and you would like their subs except we didn't go to greenville. We went to Knox. Needless to say, the experience is completely different. We both ordered the roast beef subs and you can tell one guy was new because he didn't know what cheese goes on the roast beef and he couldn't use the slicer properly. But he's new and trying, nothing wrong with that. It's more so the other guy working with him who's obviously been working there. As they were finishing up the sandwiches I asked for my girl, "do yall by chance carry AU JUS sauce for the roast beef"? The worker in a seem to be aggressive voice or either he was aggravated listed what they had and then says, " I don't even know what AU JUS is". So I just simply explained what it was and that alot of people use it for roast beef. Louisiana is well know as well as restaurants in Texas uses it and he aggressively tells me "we ain't no louisiana and we ain't know Arby's or whatever else. You don't need no sauce". First of all, don't tell me what I don't need as the customer and secondly if someone just tells you what it is, why get offended and start saying we ain't this or that rather than just say we don't carry that or sounds like a good sauce maybe I'll check it out? I worked in a food chain most of my younger years from Wing stop to fine dining and shift on from college to better so I know maybe the case was we went 30 mins before closing and it could be fustrating and just trying to go home or maybe he just doesn't like his job who knows. Number one rule of being in that type of industry is the guest leaves happy. Even though I really do like their subs I won't be going back to that location as it was closer to my home. I'll take the extra 9 min drive to greenville or somewhere else who seemed to love their job. There are other things like could have said during this experience here like he was cleaning and sweeping then without washing your hands you come and finished our subs etc but I'll just...
Read moreJust wanted to let yall know that this place was like a Miracle. I ordered a Gluten Free turkey sandwich there and the lady Wiped down the meat cutter, Wiped Down the counter she was cutting on, Coordinated with her other co-workers (young high school kids) that a Gluten Free sandwich was "coming down", she also told them to switch thier gloves, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I've never seen young people show so much compassion for a mere 7% of the U.S. population that has to have Gluten free food, What a time to be alive to just be able to witness that. THANK YOU...
Read moreI stopped by Jersey Mike’s for my children and was very disappointed with the experience. The service was unfriendly, and our food was prepared incorrectly. The atmosphere was not welcoming, and when I tried calling to report the issue, the same employee who made our subs answered the phone was rude, disrespectful, and repeatedly hung up.
This was a complete waste of my time and money, only to get treated bad in the end. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. It reflects poorly on the Jersey Mike’s brand and is not up to the values and quality service the...
