My friend and I took the Brunch class on the 'naturally leavened pastries' & we both had a fabulous time! Stephanie is incredibly knowledge about sour dough & was explained the techniques & reasons behind each step. Stephanie, and her husband Warren, were very friendly and inviting. The class we attended was in their lovely home, and we enjoyed a delicious brunch. Read moreYou know what I’m thankful for? Friends. Had I not had friends to share with, I would’ve eaten the entire, giant seedy sourdough loaf and succumbed to self hate and loathing for the rest of the weekend. Thankfully, I’ve got friends.
The crunchy texture and nutty taste from the seeds set this apart from a plain sourdough. If fall had a taste (not pumpkin spice latte, please.) it would be this bread.
