No stars for this place. I placed an online order and waited for more than 30 minutes and monitored via their online tracker and see that the order had been canceled. I called to store to find out what happened and was told that he driver had not found me. I ask if he/she had called me and the reply was that no, the driver had not but that he had asked for me at the desk. I work in a place with hundreds of employees and different shifts. How can they expect the desk to know who one employee is? I asked if they could attempt delivery again and they said yes but that they would have to run the transaction again since they had canceled it. I agreed only to find out that the price had gone up by $5. I asked why and was told that they could not give me the online price. Furthermore, there was no attempt to make things better or even an apology. At this point, I'm already hungry and upset so I decided not to pursue this further and take my business elsewhere. Two hours later the order finally showed up. I requested a refund with the driver and the driver said he wasn’t papa john so I couldn’t get one. The driver continued to film me for “social media” and said his manager was in his car and to talk to him (He was not there). He then made comments on my social status saying I was in a good house so I should not want a refund in the first place when in fact I’m on vacation at an Air B&B. He proceeded to film me as he drove off in his silver Hyundai. Tried to call the store and their phone said they’re closed at 10:15 (it’s a Thursday) Terrible service do not order pizza from this joke of a company. Read moreNever order from this location. My order was COMPLETELY wrong when I received it. I called that night and filed a complaint through their app to get some resolution. I never heard back. Over the last month Ive reached out several different times and haven’t been able to speak to anyone at the store or on the app. I finally was able to speak to the “manager” today and he completely berated me the entire phone call. He didn’t let me speak the entire time. When I tried to tell him what was wrong with my order, he said he didn’t care. He was incredibly condescending, patronizing and has no care for customer service in the slightest. Ultimately, he hung up on me because I asked him to be respectful and talk to me like an adult. Which should show his maturity level all in itself. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
