La La Land — Restaurant in Dallas

Overall review: Overrated, overpriced and underwhelming. I decided to stop real quick and see what the fuss was about. The line wasn’t too terrible and moved quickly. I ordered a regular size s'mores latte (Starbucks version of a tall) and an avocado toast with burrata, the total being almost $20. That’s without tip, which of course they ask for at checkout. The sticker shock is on me for not looking at the prices ahead of time. I grabbed my stuff and headed to the car. Once I got out to my car, I realized the burrata wasn’t on my toast, but I didn’t have enough time to go back through the mall. The drink tasted more like caramel than s’mores. I called the store and a default voicemail picked up without any indication it was the proper phone number, so I wasn’t leaving my personal information. I messaged them on IG explaining the issue, asking for a refund for the incorrect toast and received no response. I knew the prices would be higher, but $20 for an incorrect order with no way to resolve it remotely is...

I had a really disappointing experience at the La La Land in North Park today. When I walked up to the counter, two employees were sitting on their phones and took a while to even acknowledge me. When they finally did, they seemed annoyed that I was trying to place an order.

I ordered a large drink but was given a small, so I asked for it to be corrected. Instead of remaking it properly, they just poured it into a larger cup and added more ice. After taking a sip, I realized it was also made incorrectly, so I asked for it to be remade—but unfortunately, it was still poorly done.

I visit La La Land a few times a week and have never had issues at other locations, but this experience was really disappointing. I hope management addresses the quality and customer service at...

I was a little disgusted with sanitation. One girl had nails that were longer than her fingers and was touching the rim of my cup. Another girl was wearing her hair down her hair could’ve easily got into my coffee and she didn’t have a very good attitude at all. My sister didn’t know that her coffee only came in cold coffee we would have paid for the exchange. The girl got mad, rolled her eyes this young lady was very annoyed by my sister‘s presence. You can tell she was upset at my sister her nose kept on flaring every time she looked at my sister. once we were served our coffee and we proceeded to walk away. She made a condescending remark to her coworker and rolled her eyes once again, but the coffee was good. I never drink flavored coffee. I usually only get...
