To all that visit this location frequently you may want to consider going elsewhere ! I visited this location on a regular basis up until one morning when I was in the drive thru and saw an employee who was also a Manager that morning through the first window handling biscuits WITHOUT any gloves ! SMMH !!!!!!! WoW ! I could not believe my eyes when I saw that and since then I’ve not gone nor will I ever do so ! It’s bad enough we’re going through this epidemic and we are all doing all they we can to stay safe and healthy but to put your trust in this McDonald’s and expect them to look out for their customers ! The ones who are the reason that they still have a job and are getting an income ! After I saw that it ONLY tells me and it should tell you all that this McDonald’s DOES NOT CARE about us ! I guarantee you that if it were them who visited as customers they would NOT like what I saw one bit ! I attempted to call on 3 different occasions to have the owner operator contact me regarding this situation and neither one of the employees that I spoke to were able to get anyone in upper management to return my call ! That should also tell you that their customers concerns are NOT of any importance ! SO if you are concerned about your health and well being, I STRONGLY advise you too not visit this location unless you want to take a chance at catching COVID-19 and then taking it home to your loved ones and family ....... This is a WARNING to all of you ! This is NOT a joke ! This location is very unsafe and...
Read moreThe server I spoke to was Michelle. She was EXTREMELY rude! She was so short and harsh with me. She kept getting my order wrong and began to yell at me through the speakers. After getting my order wrong for the third time, I said, “Nevermind! I dont want it anymore.” Then Michelle says in a very condescending manner, “Whats the problem? I didnt do anything wrong.” I said, “Im filing a complaint against you for your horrible customer service!” I pulled up to the window to confirm that the person that was so rude to me was Michelle. A tall Black man with dread locs came to the window and asked what was my order. I specifically told him, “I do not have an order. Where is Michelle?” The Black man pointed to an elderly, obese Black woman, with a short gray ponytail and said, “Thats Michelle.” I said thank you and drove off. I NEVER took any food from this horrible staff. I NEVER gave them my debit card but somehow I woke up to a charge of $9.95 from McDonalds at 11:32 pm. That is fraudulent!!!!!!!! I never completed the order or authorized that horrible woman to take money off of my account. Additionally, I do not even eat the order that she put on my account! You can check the history and see I get NUGGETS OR A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER never a nasty Big Mac! I AM LIVID! I want a FULL refund of my money. And that woman needs to be fired for lying and stealing customers money. This is unacceptable! I will NOT stop reaching out until this matter is resolved. I expect a prompt response and resolution to...

I witnessed on a ladies tiktok account something she had video recorded m at McDonald's (7505 John W. Carpenter location) that deeply disturbed 1.2mil likes of people across the world and the views are in the millions!
One woman — yes,
ONE — was left to run the entire store alone. Cooking, bagging orders, and handling the drive thru with no support, no visible supervisor, and no help during what looked like a rush.
This isn't just “short staffed,” this is exploitation. It’s dangerous, physically and emotionally exhausting, and a clear violation of basic labor rights. What happens in case of an emergency? Who ensures her safety?
McDonald’s promotes values of teamwork and care, but this was the complete opposite.
Where is the accountability? Where is the duty of care to your employees?
I stand with this woman and others like her who are doing the work of an entire team alone while the corporation continues to profit. McDonald’s, you need to do better. Review your policies. Support your frontline staff. Don’t just rely on customers to speak up. Fix the system that allowed this to happen.
Let’s stand together for the ones holding it down when no one...
