Awful experience around 9am this morning. I went through the drive-thru for a sausage biscuit meal w/ a coffee. I ordered the meal, paid for the meal and waited to receive my food at the second window. The customer before me, was given my order, actually opened/inspected the sausage biscuit, saw it was the wrong order, put it back in the bag and gave it to the drive-thru worker. The worker then gave the customer the correct order. The customer pulled forward and I was able to pull to the window. The worker then gave me the "touched" sausage biscuit. I asked the worker if the food was touched, she stated NO. As I went to pull away, the customer that touched the food, honked at me. I rolled my window down and she stated that she touched the entire biscuit. She said she opened both sides and actually wrapped it back up. I parked my vehicle and entered the restaurant. At this point, I was quite upset. Some people might say, "oh its just a sandwich", well its MY sandwich and I would rather not consume food that has been touched/opened. I asked for a manager. I was greeted by a district manager. She lacked any form of professionalism and simply tossed another sausage biscuit in my bag. I then stated " you need to coach your employees regarding food that is inspected/touched then given back at the window or at the counter. Your employee was asked about the food and stated NO quickly, however the customer had the food for about a minute or 2 before it was given back. In her broken English she said ok. Horrible experience, won't be returning. Left a complaint on the corporate site as well. Had to come to Google too, cover all ends. I can only imagine how many times this has happened over there. Good luck with your combos folks! They could careless if its touched or not, after all they aren't the ones eating it.
