I get that Covid has changed the way you operate, but I stood at the counter for 8 mins, even called twice to get someone's attention, and get someone to the front to take my order. I left with no service, but not before I peeked into the back and saw the employee chilling and watching videos on her phone. Thats fine and all.. I get it... its slow... but have a bell at the front at least if you aren't going to peek and see if you have any customers.... took 3 phone calls to even get an answer and when I told employee about this, she could care less, no apology was given, and sounded like I had interrupted her viewing experience. Now I could have shouted for assistance, but if she acted like this over the phone... what kind of service would I have gotten if she were to make my food after I had disturbed her so rudely with a shout. Would be zero stars...
