I always order a venti pumpkin cold foam along with a pumpkin loaf this time of the year . Typically, I’m charged around $2-3 for the cold foam depending on the size I order and everything goes smoothly.
However, at this location, my experience was less than pleasant. The barista (Najew) seemed to have misplaced my order ticket, and when I finally received my drink, it was only half full. When I politely mentioned this, the barista argued that it wasn’t allowed and was quite rude about it. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help, but the overall attitude left a lot to be desired.
I asked Najew if she was the team lead or manager and she said no, and I asked if I could speak to the team lead or manager and she walked away. I stood there until Anna the team lead (who was also ignoring the situation) came and I asked if she was the team lead then for both of their names. It was disappointing because I love the product, but the customer service really fell short this time.

Same staples at every other company-operated Starbucks in the U.S. Staff here seems knowledgeable for the most part, but with turnover pretty high you could easily get a green pea and the typical, expected problems arise like slow, difficulty in the cash register, drinks made a little off. Just have them remake your drink if it's not to your liking, that's their policy, with "no questions asked." Though you may sense a little attitude, just ignore it, they're over-worked and extremely underpaid. Oh, and always tip your Barista, even on to-go orders, please, it's the only way they can make any money at all. All on duty during shifts split the tips equally, by the way. I ordered cold brew and I was very clear that I only want oat milk, they made it with whole milk I then came back and explained that there has been a misunderstanding I am lactose intolerant and It must be oat milk the barista lied to my face and told me that he replaced it with oat milk.
