Timeless Delights at PF Chang's North Park - A Culinary Gem Worth Revisiting

Nestled in the bustling ambiance of North Park, PF Chang's continues to stand as a beacon for those in pursuit of exceptional Asian cuisine. Operating from 11 AM to 10 PM, this culinary haven welcomes guests into a world where traditional flavors meet contemporary flair, proving that some things truly get better with time.

My recent visit to PF Chang's was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, showcasing their unwavering commitment to hospitality that has become synonymous with the PF Chang's brand.

The menu, as always, was a delightful journey through the rich tapestry of Asian cuisine. Each dish, meticulously prepared, was a testament to the chefs' mastery over their craft. The flavors were bold yet balanced, capturing the essence of the ingredients in every bite. It was reassuring to see that the quality and taste that have defined PF Chang's over the years remain impeccably preserved.

A highlight of my visit was the Happy Hour, available from 3 PM to 6 PM. This is a time when PF Chang's truly shines, offering a selection of delectable bites and refreshing beverages at unbeatable prices. It's the perfect opportunity for guests to unwind and indulge in the finer things in life, without the hefty price tag.

In conclusion, PF Chang's at North Park remains a jewel in the crown of dining destinations. It's a place where the past and present blend seamlessly, offering a dining experience that is both comforting and exciting. Whether you're a long-time patron or a first-time visitor, PF Chang's is just as good as ever, if not better. If you find yourself in North Park, do yourself a favor and treat your taste buds to the timeless delights...

My eldest son's in-laws treated me 2 PF Changs for my birthday dinner. We shared egg drop for an appetizer and I asked the waiter for some crunchy noodles. Our very charismatic and attentive waiter brought a huge bowl of crunchy noodles and set them in front of me and said he wanted to make sure the birthday girl had enough crunchy noodles! Of course I shared! Then we shared a California sushi roll, chicken lo mein that had plenty of huge tender chunks of chicken in it and Mongolian beef which was a good kind of spicy but not too spicy that I could not eat ( I could eat wasabi on everything, but I don't do the spicy chili thing very well! LOL). We also enjoyed mango tea, which for our liking did need some sweetening, but it had a nice light flavor. Then to my surprise he brought out a lovely individual decadent deep dark chocolate cheesecake in a small round container with a candle on it! My friends and he sang Happy Birthday! Brian brought out the tray that held the other types of cheesecake that could be ordered and my friends ordered a blueberry one and a coconut strawberry. We were all very full and the cheesecakes were just enough to be that something sweet at the end of the meal, but they didn't make you feel like you were going to pop your buttons! LOL. Brian remembered everything we asked for, bringing us extra glasses of tea and refilling our coffee for dessert. If you go 2 PF Changs With Friends, I definitely recommend ordering two or three dishes and sharing so that everyone can try something different. Even the California roll was so fresh you could definitely tell the difference between it and what you can buy wrapped up at say Kroger's. PS. If Brian is working when you go, try to get him for your waiter. You won't...

We have been wanting to dine there for a minute, usually the traffic and crowds kept us away. However it is close to our Spine Specialist, so we decided it was time to down there again. We had only ordered takeout from one of the delivery services that my daughter's house in Lakewood. In order to save my wife from having to walk too far we paid the valet parking, which was a little after tip just to dine for about 30 minutes. If you haven't been there it is a nice atmosphere . Our waitress was very professional and helpful with my questions about different entrees. We ordered pork egg rolls as an appetizer and they were average, not any different than anywhere else that we've dined or Frozen. I ordered the Kung Pao shrimp which was excellent. I like a lot of shrimp and they did not disappoint me. My wife had the ginger chicken with broccoli. I had the fried rice and she had the lo mein noodles. Both we're season perfectly and a little on the spicy side like we like it. Overall the food quality, taste is excellent. The portions were medium, and by that I mean we have a place near us that we often done with, and the portions are much larger and able to feed both of us if we wanted. I would say the only complaint I had and the reason I only gave it four stars instead of five is that the menu was very simple, not much variety or creativity, I like plates that feature combinations of entrees. I was kind of surprised because you can look on their website and see how much more diverse menu with more selection. We were able to get this out of our system and it is a great place, and certainly one of the better choices for...

Food was good / forgot to take pics of most but had these great sides. My son loved the green beans. The overall experience was not great. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty we were sat at a tiny 2 top. That was frustrating because empty dishes or glasses were never removed so every time food came out the runner stood there awkwardly while we tried to consolidate/make space. No one offered to take any empty glasses or appetizer plates. By the end there were multiple empty glasses of sprite, my empty wine glass and stacked empty plates and a full table of dishes. Then the actual service, terrible. Every drink order took SO long despite a mostly empty dining room at 6:30 on a Friday. Then it was the blame game. The server told me the bar never informed him my beer was sold out. This was 15 min after ordering it. Then when I asked to talk to the manager he said the beer had been back ordered for over a month so the server should have known. Everyone was so busy explaining that it was someone else’s fault but no one seemed to try to make my dining experience better. I also ordered a side of rice for my son and I had to ask for more than once to come out. Overall it was such a disappointing time. I felt I wasted my money on a dinner out after a long week. I had eaten here years ago and despite being a chain restaurant had enjoyed it in the past. Will not be returning. Do not recommend. There is too much good food in this city to have such poor service experience.
