It takes a lot for a negative review for me ... but this place has done it.
Don't order online and expect to use the deals they advertise on the site to be honored. You'll select a coupon and then their site comes up with a message that this store doesn't honor this deal. Ridiculous to be a franchise of a chain and not use their coupons. Never experienced this at any other Pizza Hut in literally decades of ordering from them.
My pizza tonight was delivered 13 minutes late. I realize that this is quite a difficult pizza to make - a thin 'n crispy with a pork sausage topping, but to have it delivered late (2nd time in the past week) is unacceptable.
I called to speak with the manager about my order. When he got on the phone tonight, he didn't introduce or identify himself. When I told him that I had an order in the past week delivered over 20 minutes late and that mine is late tonight by 10 minutes. He informed me that my pizza left the store 10 minutes ago. "There were - 1, 2, 3, 4 orders ahead of yours and that's probably why it's late." No it's not. It was late again because the manager of this store doesn't know how to do what his title implies. When I told him that I wanted to cancel the order, he said it'll be there in a minute. Then, finally, I'm sorry.
A word of advice for the manager I spoke with - people will forgive a screw up most of the time when you do two things - Don't make excuses (own your mistakes) and Do whatever it takes to make it right quickly. Not even a discount offered or anything whatsoever for the inconvenience.

Sandra/ Sonya- not sure her name because she mumbled the entire time, answered the phone and said 1. She wasn’t sure where the pizza was because she could not see the order 2. Placed me on a 19 minute hold and never came back to answer my question. 1 hour and 19 minutes later, I received my pizza but not the Pepsi that I ordered as well. I called the location again, Sandra answered again and immediately placed me on hold for a manager, without asking what I needed. I told her I did not need a manager but asked if she could please check my order and make sure I was charged for a Pepsi, she placed me on hold for another 7 minutes and then all of a sudden the phone goes quiet and the the call is disconnected. I called about 3 more times and every time someone would answer and place me on hold immediately. By the fourth call I was able to speak with a manager who stated they were busy, was a bit of a smart mouth about it but said he would take a look at the order, he confirmed the Pepsi order and asked if I would want it delivered or a credit. I asked for the Pepsi to be delivered, he states it will take 45 minutes and chuckled when I requested this to be re-delivered and said this would be “free of charge” even though I’ve already paid for it. CUSTOMER SERVICE is definitely lacking in this place. I order from here so often(sad to say) always online( but I will never be calling in an order ever again!) Read moreEXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE. I’m Mexican myself, but clearly Maria who works at Pizza Hut does not understand certain things. I mentioned I wanted pepperoni and Italian meat balls and when the pizza was picked up. No pepperoni and the pizza was COLD. When I called she then said “you never said anything about pepperoni, and maybe your dad went somewhere else and the pizza got cold.” Maria who works at Pizza Hut. I live 5 minutes away and my dad did not go somewhere else. She then hung up on me when I said she was being very rude. Then I called again and asked if I could speak to someone else other than Maria. And MARIA said “Yes. 1-800 Pizza Hut” Again I’m Mexican and I am in no way shape or form being racist here. But I couldn’t really understand her English. I’ve never had an issue with this Pizza Hut before until today. I also was not calling to argue in the beginning. Please. If you can avoid going to this particular Pizza Hut. Please do. But if you do and a Maria helps you..Remember to go over the order with her at least three times so she can’t say you didn’t order a specific topping. MARIA was extremely and I mean extremely rude.
