Downgrading to 4 out of 5 due to a bad customer service incident. I've been eating here 5+ times a week for the past 6 months. I order the same thing every time which is $7.88. Today I paid with a $100 bill and exact change, so $100.88. I received back cash and coins...receiving coins back was peculiar since I paid exact change. I asked the drive thru clerk who insisted I paid 3 quarters and 4 pennies rather than 3 quarters, 1 dime, and 3 pennies owed. That was not the case, but had it been wouldn't she have immediately come to me to tell me my change is off. Why exactly would I pay $100.79? That would make no sense. Thing is I actually remember putting the dime in my hand and I ALWAYS triple check my change before I pay...because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and what else do I have to do while sitting in a drive thru?
The money doesn't matter, but the way the drive thru clerk handled this incident really left a bad taste in my mouth. She also forgot my ketchup, fwiw. Regardless, I think it's due time I find a new favorite spot after this incident.
Original: I eat here all the time and they've never made a mistake on my order even though I have specific instructions: no drink, no coleslaw, extra fries and an extra Cane's sauce. I'm amazed by how moist the chicken is. Never in my life before Raising Cane's had I had chicken strips that were moist in the inside like these yet these are always moist...

Giving customers piping hot food in a styrafoam container should be illegal. Within minutes, the piping hot deep fryed chicken burned through the stryrofoam causing chemicals to leach directly into the food. I ate them in my dimly lit car only to discover how melted the styrofoam box was afterwards. I am sickended that I've unintentionally consumed a large dose of Stryene and micro plastics.
For an extra .10 cents they could provide customers with heavy duty containers which would prevent stryene from leaching into your food but this company has such little regard for your health they don't see the extra 10 cents to protect your health as a worthy investment.
I work in the biomedical field and I can tell you first-hand that and Styrene is a well-researched and well known endocrine disrupter and neurotoxin linked to numerous cancers. They need to make some immediate changes before they get hit with a class action (which would be...
Read moreStrangely, the thing that sticks out the most to me about this Raising Cane's is the showmanship of the drive through staff! On the worst days, they're still incredibly friendly, but a lot of times you'll get a zany one-liner about chicken to welcome you at the drive-thru speaker. I'm big on friendly staff, so that alone is a motivating factor to visit this location. That said, the food is really good. You know what you're getting there... the menu isn't too diverse: it's basically chicken tenders. The normal for us is the 3-piece meal. Fries.... great.... Texas toast... great. The tenders... the flavor and crispness is great... the size though... eh, feels on the smallish side to me. Oh, and while my husband likes it, I've never been a fan of the dipping sauce. Those minor quibbles are enough to garner a 4-star review (especially since there is a chicken restaurant competitor around Maple and Knight that I give 5-stars), but that certainly doesn't deter us from visiting Raising Canes when we want a good menu fast. We are and will continue to be...
