THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I come here pretty often since I work nearby and I live close to the mall and I always buy food at this location for myself and my friends because I like it so much,and because I do come here a lot I hold on to my stamp card to redeem your free meal after you buy around 6 or so.I went last Friday and the Asian woman who always does the register and has the worst attitude every time I see her that I would use my free meal stamp the next time I come.She said ok and placed the stamp card down at the register and rang me up but didn’t give me back my card for my free meal next time I vist.I told her I didn’t get my stamp card back,she said she did and it’s in the bag.So I check the bag she gave me and didn’t see it.I saw her with my own eyes putting it down on her register but I went ahead and checked all my pockets and my bag thinking maybe I’m just seeing things.I did not find it anywhere on me and I made sure to check Twice!So I knew I wasn’t going crazy.I would understand if she forgot because I get sometimes you just lose track of what your doing so I went to her again and calmly told her I didn’t see my card in the bag and that I’ve checked my pockets and bag.SHE THEN ROLLED HER EYES AND STARTED YELLING AT ME! She was legitimately trying to start a big argument with me saying that I need to check my Purse! (Obviously I did already check it) I don’t understand why she felt it was appropriate to start yelling at me in front of other mall shoppers.This made me very upset but I keep my calm because she was making a scene.I Didn’t want to make a big deal about a stupid freebie so I said it’s fine and walked away.Ive never been so disappointed in this restaurant before and I don’t plan on eating at this location when...

●●● AVOID ●●● The place has manged a new low for a higher cost.

I should have read my previous review. This 3rd visit had me order the chicken/shrimp combo with an extra chicken add-on (14.22).

I watched them put the plate together and they were surprisingly stingey on the chicken. When they handed me the container I asked them if it included the extra chicken and I was assured it did (after guy checked receipt).

When i ate the meal, I counted only 8 small pieces of chicken . There was actually more shrimp than chicken.

As mentioned in a prior review, the rice-chicken-veggies were cold. They made the plate, set it aside and then STARTED cooking the shrimp.

This is the third strike. NEVER AGAIN.. I will go to their neighbor, Panda Express, if I am ever in need of teriyaki chicken here at the mall.

prior review ===

I had the basic teriyaki (double portion) on fried rice & mixed veggies.

Cost was higher than in the past (~$12).

Chicken portion, albeit 'doubled', was noticeably small and mostly luke warm. I noticed they had pulled the chicken from a pile on the side of the grill which probably contributed to the temperature issue.

The containers they are using today are smaller than the ones they had used previously (pre-pandemic) and this may have accounted for the smaller portion as well. Additionally, they literally filled it with fried rice which didn't help things.

The fried rice was truly tasteless and everything seemed overly oily.

I had enjoyed this place in the past.

Todays experience was very...

So I order again just the 3 beef Teriyaki and my God I never said shirmp cause my wife is allergy with shrimp. Here she is saying beef with shrimp so I was already yelling with “NO SHRIMP!” Still she got me a shrimp and it was 3 of them🤦🏻‍♂️ I let my wife return it so they might understand her this time.. well they dont replace it. maybe next time let your people clean ears first before coming to work.. Ordered this through Uber eats and had it delivered to my job. I’ve had it before and the food was alright, could’ve provided more sauce for the chicken, but it was overall good. Service I gave a low rating because they didn’t even give me my dumplings and I was really looking forward to them. They didn’t provide any dressing for my small amount of salad they gave. Nothing like a dry salad. I included a description of everything I was supposed to get. Dumplings was not included in my meal.

It’s Tue 8/13 and it’s now 10:39am!!! And the Chinese male manager is here and so is the Mexican lady and a bald light complexed male cook. the cook was the only one that started cooking while the 2 slackers still can’t open the restaurant. They are too busy setting up. I’m sure for starting late. Bad for business. Just plain sad. Luckily for us, cava was open and prepared when we walked up, although they open at 11am. And the customer service a cava cava was amazing 💋
