Unacceptable Behavior by the Owner - Avoid at All Costs

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this night sports club and its appalling owner! The other night me & my friends and I visited this establishment, eager to have a fun night out. Instead, we were met with hostility, aggression, and a blatant disregard for customer safety.

The owner, in particular, was utterly unacceptable. When my petite friend inadvertently broke a rule we weren't aware of, instead of politely asking her to comply, he forcefully grabbed her arm and tried to eject her from the premises! The same rule was being ignored by other patrons, but my friend was singled out and manhandled.

The owner's behavior was not only unjustified but also made my friend feel unsafe and threatened. His actions were those of a bully, not a business owner. We were willing to understand and comply with the rules, but his aggressive behavior crossed a line.

As a result, my friend is now hesitant to go out again, and I can't blame her. This night sports club has lost our business, and I urge others to boycott it as well. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and hostility.

Shame on you, Tomas , for running a business with such a blatant disregard for customer well-being. Your behavior is a disgrace, and your club is not worth patronizing. Went with my friends for the drag show this past Sunday to celebrate my friends bachelorette and even thought he drag show as AMAZING the service was the worst I have EVER experience. Our waitress Kaylyn from the beginning seemed like she was on something I am so glad someone else came to get out food order. From the very beginning she seemed very off like she was on something. we ordered a mimosa tower (it really isnt a tower) they didnt have any clean ones so she brought us two carafes apparently its the same thing they did not have clean champagne glasses so they brought us dirty cups instead. She didnt poor us the drinks fine no big deal i asked for 6 shots she said 10? i said no 6 she still only brought 5. she was not very attentive at all. I want to say the worst part was at time to leave we where going to head to patio until we receive our ticket The total was about $340 I was going to make it a even $400 leaving her with a $60 time which is honestly a lot based on her service she proceeded to tell me that i needed to give her at least a 20% I HAVE NEVER IN my life had a service waitress/waiter tell me how much i need to tip them especially when the service was the way it was. Everytime we go and order i believe her name is Angie she always either makes the wrong drink, misplace cards, she took our order gave us check first, which I’ve never had done before and we were waiting five minutes for her to make our drinks and she was avoiding us, so I got her attention and asked where were our drinks at and she said that we didn’t order from her and we all said yes, it was from you. She was the only one with the ponytail and she swore that we did not order from her but she just passed me a tab that I signed and paid for and she finally made our drinks, but I thought that was weird. another time she asked to put a card on file and I gave her one and I told her do not close out with it I’m gonna pay cash and the time came and she still rang my card. wasn’t even busy for her to forget that I just told her don’t close out on my card. another time we closed out with a card and she misplaced it and she said she gave it back to us and we told her multiple times No, you have not given us back our card and guess what she finally found it.
