The staff was not friendly at all. There were 5-7 employees when I walked in and not one person spoke to me the entire time. I stood in front of the pastry case waiting to get service and everyone looked at ME then each other like "you get her, No I'm steaming milk you get her, well I'm busy too so you get her, nope I have to grind these beans and do this and this too so you have to get her!" It seemed like everyone was too busy to ring me up, take my order or even speak. 3 of them gave me eye contact but it took a few minutes for one lost soul to finally stand at the register with a fake smile. No words which was very rude coming from 8 years in customer service. No how are you today, how can I help you or hello. Just s half cracked smile. I order and she finally asks for my name then found a place to sit. I get called up and the lady asked me if my CARAMEL MACCHIATO IS HOT OR COLD?......Maam I'm no Barista but I didn't think it came any other way!! I'm not sure if Starbucks have changed the process of service but I thought the cashier ask for your name to make your pick up more personable. If so then why does this location choose to call the drinks only. I never heard them call any names just the drinks. A customer had to get his drink re made because he accidently grabbed Ashley's Latte not his with soy milk. How do I know this because I was standing there waiting to be served the whole time it happened..... My cookie was warmed up supposedly but I wouldn't know because they never called my name so it sat at the counter for who knows how long... The purpose of this review isn't to tattle tale but to become aware of the poor service at...
Read moreI think I share the same feeling with some of you that have posted before. This particular Starbucks off Greenville Ave and just south of Lovers Lane in Dallas does not follow their opening hours very well!! They’re supposed to be open from 4:30AM until 9:00PM (M-F) and 5:00AM-9:00PM (S/S). These hours are supposed to be for both the inside cafe and the drive through. Their hours are posted on the door of the store and online. Just tried to get inside right before 7:00PM on a Monday night and the door is already locked! I can see the baristas inside but they’re not moving or even saying anything. This is not the first time that I try to go inside after 5:00PM at this particular location and it’s already closed! This is getting ridiculous and even if business is slow, they should not close the inside until 9:00PM. Hopefully this store’s district/regional manager or someone from Corporate in Seattle will read my post and get this addressed. Very disappointed in this company, which I support every day going to different locations....
Read moreOn Sunday 3/12/23 around 6:20 in the evening. My coworker and I walked to Starbucks. It was a white woman with a mask sitting at a table inside the establishment. As I was getting ready to order the woman started yelling things about slavery. The Barista was looking at me crazy. As I ordered the drinks, the women continue yelling. The woman was clearly directing her comments to us cause there was an Iranian woman and her children that were running around the establishment. I walked out of Starbucks, but as my coworker was leaving the woman sprayed sanitizer in her direction stating she loved herself and her child. I'm upset that the Starbuck workers were ok with this racist white woman doing this in their establishment. The Baristas must feel the same way about race relations. I will not patronize this location and will tell others they accept this type of behavior. This white woman could have temporarily blinded...
