Wendy's — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst customer service. I went for drive through bc its supost to be fast. There were 3 cars in front of me.1 at the wimdow and 2 by the menu. They would wait till the person picking up at wimdow was done before taking the next persons order. making the line long.by the time it was my turn to order I had already been in line about 10min a person behind me was honking and the lady taking the orders came on and was rude and said "Ill be with you in a min". I tryed to explain it wasn't me but she got a att and cut me off. When she got back to take my order she was rude. When I got to the window I told the guy that it wasnt me honking at them...he told me well I am not the one taking orders she is and I heard u. I gave him my cc to pay after 2mins he gave me my card back and my drink bc he closed the window and was talking to his coworker. When he gave me my order[which was in 3 diffrent bags bc it was 3 diffrent orders I placed] he sorta shoved all 3 bags at me at once. I was trying to gab 1 and almost dropped them bc I now realize that he gave me all three bags and then just one bag. The 5$ biggie bag 🍔 smells and looked old and the chilli smelled really bad so my husband didnt eat it. This location is 30 mins away from me and used to be good and have great people working there.something...

I just realized we've been going to this location for over two years and I've never given them a review! If I could sum this place up in one word it would be: RELIABLE! In all of the time that we have come here they have never once messed up our order and we've never had a super long wait time. If there was anything I could nitpick about, it wouldn't be about this restaurant specifically but rather Wendy's. If you don't buy the meal and decide to buy just burger and fries or burger and a drink instead, it isn't worth it you pay more for buying those things individually, always buy the meal. However, most restaurants do this, the only one we've found that doesn't is Whataburger. Their hamburgers also aren't that great in my opinion, the beef tastes very clean but it sorely lacks in flavor compared to other burger focused establishments. Stick to chicken. Highly recommend the Asiago, that tends to be our usual. Their baconator fries are a great option if you're tired of the same old french fries. Their regular fries are rather flavorless and lackluster but I don't mind because the sandwiches make up for it. If you want a quick cheap meal they are a great option. The fact that they are open so late is also a bonus for us (us being my husband and I) as we tend to be nightowls, especially...

I use to love coming here when a Hispanic manager was in charge of the store not sure what his name was but he was great fast service super polite and he had the store great and running . Came here to eat today after the remodeling first thing didnt feel welcoming I said hi how are u to the girl who took my order she totally ignore me. Then they got my order wrong they fixed it . Machine dint work had no ice my DR . Pepper didnt taste good it was flat and tasted like root beer to me . After that I was ready to eat my food and my chicken burgers had so much mayonnaise the bread was super soggy fries tasted funky like if they havent clean there fryers oil in months there was no ketchup and at this point i had enough didnt enjoy any of my food or service. This was around 1 PM it was super slow employees where staying standing around so there for manager had enough employees at the time for it not to be ketchup at least . As I am writing this review my stomache is hurting bad 😵😵 no lie I think I am getting sick over this food will not be coming here ever I rather 100 times rather go eat at chick fila where they have great service on point✔ always welcoming ✔ and very good this is a Sunday so unfortunately chickfila closes .
