Today was a very hot day.... However this jamba ONLY ran out of fro-yo. Good job Serramonte jamba for being more prepared than Westlake. The only thing is Serramonte jamba needs to know how to answer their phone that's all ....Serramonte jamba was prepared for this heat wave.... Sooo, that's a GOOD THING .... So the 5 stars go to Serramonte jamba..... UNLIKE Westlake jamba who ran out of product, such as frozen pineapple, peaches, fro-yo, milk, soy milk, oat milk, and lime sherbert and that's that I went there around 4:30pm/4:45pm. Westlake jamba was so unprepared for this heat wave. There is such things as the weather channel or news they could of checked to be more prepared in order for them to be able to order properly, which they were not. Ordering enough products for a hot day or any day is a MUST.... Another bad thing is they also did not answer their phone, so customers would be able to check what products they were out of.... Therefore I wasted a lot of my gas to find out when I got there that they were out of a lot of things. HEY! After assisting my friend she obviously sees me waiting for her to have my order but choose to look away until a few minutes later I told her if I can order. As she was making the drinks, mind you, they are mostly similar color drinks. It has no label nor did she mention which is drink is this. And one of the drinks is for my diabetic friend so we have to make sure she get the right drink thats less sweet! Instead the employee didnât say which were which drinks, it would been helpful to know because again most the drinks were similar in color. But instead she was emotionless, wasnât professional or helpful so we had to come back twice to ask which is which. Some of the drinks tasted off as well.    Read moreTook 30 minutes to order (my entire break time) because I was having trouble ordering with my coupon so instead of helping out and ringing us up, they told me to try again on the self-order kiosk and walked away. When they began to ring up other guests at the register, I caved and went up to order which was fine but I tried to order a smoothie bowl and refused to let me order one. I asked for a reason and the girl refused to answer the question (this was at 6pm, TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING). I didn't want to cause them trouble but it's so frustrating to receive poor service when you're already so exhausted. Just unhelpful and unwilling to let me order what I want and then the smoothie was so watered down...
