Went to this location on a Tuesday night at 8 pm. We were a party of 6 plus a one year old. We had to wait a bit to be seated, which was fine. We were seated at a booth, and the table in front of us had all of the leftovers and dirty dishes from whoever sat there before, keep that in mind. We ordered drinks and asked for chips for the table and some crackers for the little one to munch on. Waitress disappeared after that, even though the restaurant was almost empty. There was one other big party, and a few others in a section that clearly did not belong to our waitress, so the fact that it took so long to get some crackers was our first red flag. We finally get all that, then after some more time, we get our soups and salads, though one of them was wrong, so she brought it back. We finish all that, no one comes to take our dishes away. I notice the party behind us had left, their dishes were also still on the table, so I put OUR dirty dishes on their table, so they were at least out of the way. So much time has gone by, I checked to see what time they close. They close at ten, it was 9:45, and at that moment is when most of our entrees came out. Some food was overcooked like the rice, the corn was soggy, chicken was rubbery, and many of the sides we'd ordered came out wrong. Plus there was a random penne pasta noodle in my friend's rice. So we had waited an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES ON A TUESDAY NIGHT for awful food. I joked with my friends that we should have ordered from Chipotle that is right outside and had them delivered to us at Chili's. Then it took so long for our waitress to come back after we ate (I'm now moving our dirty dishes to the table on my right over the banister, as the one behind us got full) that it occurred to us, if there ever was the perfect opportunity to do a dine and dash, this was it. Some of us wanted to, but we reduced that fine to not leaving a tip. Finally she comes back with the bill, and we wanted to pay cash so she had to go get our receipt. Everything was mixed up, so it took us some time to try to figure it out. Remember that dirty table I told you about when we were first seated? It wasn't until now that she started to clear it. Over two hours for a table to be cleared, and we never even saw who sat there. Meanwhile, we can't figure out how to split the receipt, so we thought maybe it would be easier to use our cards and split it that way. Nope. Couldn't split it on the tabletop device, so she had to write down our names and what we ordered and took our cards. Then she comes back, for some reason she still couldn't split it and said she had to write down THE PRICE of every item and charge the cards that way. We started to feel like hostages because we just couldn't seem to get out of there! In all, I paid exactly $10 because I ordered the 3 for $10, spent 3 hours there in total, and we all live an hour away. I didn't get home until midnight, when I should have been home by 10. I'm not making any of this up and I was really looking forward to eating out because I haven't done it due to the pandemic. It was clear they were understaffed, and our waitress was polite though a bit incompetent. No one seemed to be taking charge, and she said they had a few call outs and a "big party" of people as mentioned above. Moral of the story; dreadful food and worse...
Read moreFirst time here, Wonderful service by Pete and Mika. (Spelling I’m unsure of.) I had a solo lunch date around 2 pm on a weekday.
DELICIOUS!!!
No one was there to sit or greet me, but that didn’t bother me. Poked my head around the corner and was immediately acknowledged warmly and seated, by Pete.
Pete was also my server. I explained it was my first time and expressed excitement about it. He was incredibly helpful answering any questions I had. He was extremely personable and energetic! Pete also went above In beyond with giving me extra info, including showing me the restaurant’s allergen card and informed me about the offers receivable for downloading the Chili’s app. I am gluten free, when I informed him, he immediately pulled up the allergen card on the tables tablet/ POS system!! (Most restaurants do not know they have these, where to find it or even have one at all.)
The menu had THE BEST gluten free options. Very straightforward and I know what I need to avoid. Most restaurants I am unable to consume 75-90% of the menu. This is the best restaurant menu I have ever experienced. Although the franchise itself doesn’t offer GF bread substitutes- it didn’t phase me at all. I was able to consume 90- 95 % of the menu!!!!
I was overwhelmed with the wholesome and diverse menu! Amazing. I ordered the lunch special of shrimp fajitas. And 1/2 size Texas Fries and added chili to them.
The fries were incredibly satisfying! They were presented beautifully in the cutest mini cast iron pan atop a wood plank. They were gorgeous in presentation and tasted amazing! The fries had melted cheese, scallion, jalapeños and I added chili. Came with a delicious ranch /sour cream sauce. The dish was wonderfully spicy so I asked for more sauce and Mika happily brought me a jumbo ranch/ sour cream sauce! I’m a dipper so I really appreciated that! The chili was simple yet flavorful. This dish was definitely full of character. A simple dish, yet lots of love was put into it that could undoubtedly be tasted!
The only odd thing I experienced was the toilet seat in the ladies room was completely detached. Clean restaurant with a calm and inviting atmosphere.
The shrimp fajita lunch special was an absolute banger! The sizzling fajita plate is always a magical experience of the senses. Extremely great value item. I switched out flour tortilla for corn. Hot and delicious! Came with a separate boat of Guac, sour cream and shredded cheese. Nice presentation on both components. Came with an awesome bean soup concoction. I tasted each component of the dish and sides separately and it was again, just full of love, care and flavor! Guac could’ve had more salt and lime juice. That dish was pure perfection!
I ordered a Buffalo chx sandwich to take home for my boyfriend. He inhaled it and said it was top notch!
I must stress how amazing the service I received was. Peter went above and beyond for my first experience at Chili’s. He was astoundingly personable and attentive! Mika was food runner. Again, service within a smile and very welcoming and attentive. Fast service! Delicious food, zen and peaceful atmosphere.
I cannot wait to...
Read moreAbsolutely awful. This may have been the worst dining experience I have ever had. To begin, we were told our food was "following" after receiving a round of drinks. Shortly after, we heard a large crash from the kitchen, nobody came to explain anything, we waiting 40 minutes before getting up and looking in the kitchen, where we saw a sight of fries all over the floor. Assuming that our food had been dropped, we went back to our table. Our food was delivered an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. The food was clearly rushed, we had no sides on any plate as well as no toppings on the burger, and poorly seasoned dishes. As our food was being delivered, the waiter dropped a whole cup of ranch on one of us, covering his shirt in ranch as well as my leg. The waiter did not care to clean up the ranch on the floor, and chose instead to give us napkins and walk away. When it came time to pay, after taking 25 minutes to calculate our check as they were trying to give a discount we were told that they "could not" distribute the discount to all the checks, and instead the manager just said to void 2 items and then told us to "figure it out" on our own. It should not be our responsibility to try to do a math problem using Venmo because a manager of a restaurant cannot use their own payment software. As the icing on the cake, the bills were entirely messed up which voided the 3 for me discounts for multiple people, and we had to request the manager 2 times before she finally came over and fixed the bill. She showed no effort to attempt to rectify the situation or any attempt to try to spread the discount out. The manager on shifts name was Gabby.
We will not be returning to this Chilis location...
