Dunkin' — Restaurant in Danbury

Edited Jan 2019: I'm pleased to say that Dunkin listened to their customers and have put decaf expresso back on the menu. I have been getting regular lattes from them the past few weeks and they have been as good as ever. I am re-grading to 4-5 stars. Well done Dunkin. 8/18 Unfortunately Dunkin have substantially downgraded their espresso services, which was the main reason I visited them. Now when you order a decaf latte or cappuccino on the app, they can't make it at the store. So they give you a decaf coffee instead, so you lose about $2.50 on every transaction. Such a shame, as their mocha lattes were the best. I would stop here nearly every night on the way home...

Needs better management and people who care more about there job. Started working in Danbury at the Dodge dealer and stopped here 5 times. All 5 times there was a problem. Can not make a espresso based drink for the life. The Indian lady in the morning coughs and openly Sneeze's all over everything. The lady and guys look and sound like there was a death in there family. Some one should just tear this one down so a real general manager can open a great on like next to hospital street in Danbury. I don't know how this place is getting anything but a 1 star!!! Terrible service. Staff gets the orders wrong ALL the time, either because they are not paying attention or simply assume what YOU want!! I need to check what's in the bag before I leave, and have them re-deliver food. I am actually surprised they continue to be in business. Never ever going back there again. I recommend people to drive somewhere else. The worst part is, the management has not reached out to anyone here to apologize or made an attmept to set things right. Sad state of affairs....
