Dunkin' — Restaurant in Danvers

The Spanish woman on the early morning drive thru shift is the rudest person I've ever encountered. This morning was my last visit to this location. After waiting almost 5 minutes at the intercom and still no response, I decided to pull up to the window. I was then stared at and given dirty looks by the 3 employees for another 2-3 minutes. Apparently the conversation they were having was way more important than taking a customers order. When they finally decided to disperse, the Spanish lady I referred to earlier came to the window and rudely yelled "YEAH?" Yeah? Is that how you take a customers order? She then proceeded to give me more attitude, and pretty much threw my change at me, dropping some on the ground. This woman should be talked to immediately. If it was the first time I had experienced this type of scenario, I would have just let it go. But she is like this almost every time I go through. Completely...

We have a serious problem. My wife was verbally assaulted by your employees at your location at 99 High Street in Danvers Massachusetts at ~8pm today, Thursday 6/22/2022.

Aside from the food being poorly made and inedible, they denied my wife a portion of her order and accused her of lying. Your employees then threatened to call the police if my wife, Barbara, didn't leave the premises. My wife then called the police herself, who then appeared (a police report should be on file with the Danvers police department). The ridiculous part was... this all started over a $2 order of hash-browns!

My wife is an immigrant and struggles with English. I recorded my phone conversation with her while the event occurred. She was crying and hysterical. It was heartbreaking. I believe they took advantage of my wife when they heard her accent and assumed she was an immigrant.
