Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Danville

So i usually get good service weather im dining in or carry out i called in my order the guy who took it seemed to be in a hurry hung up before i could even say thank you.i show up about 30 minutes later the guy who was working behind the counter( mabye the same one who took my order) he seemed kinda rude and in a hurry.i get my stuff thankfully i looked when i got in the car he forgot my breadsticks so i go in to get them the other girl helped me and he says oh yea i forgot sorry!! The way he said it was very rude i get home my food wasn't as warm/hot like it usually is my breadsticks was kinda hard in some spots could tell it had been cooked awhile ago..just horrible service this timif i decide to come there again!!e mabye they will do...

Made me feel very uncomfortable. Won't be back to this location 35 plus year customer. Food was good. Need training at the front counter. Manager preoccupied. Very disappointed. Well it took 10 months for me to be brave enough to go back. I was sat down promptly. The waitress brought me a drink and took my order. Quickly if she returned with my salad and the incorrect salad dressing. She left my table and didn't return for 30 minutes. I told her about my salad dressing she then returned with the correct salad dressing and my Pizza. I ate my salad within 2-3 minutes. And then begin to eat my pizza which was cold. Sry.. But the family had a wonderful time. Felt homely from the first step inside. And the food, omg... Me and 3 the kids smashed a 16" thin, a 10" deep, a big a** salad, with drinks. Ashley an Asher smashed a Large Spaghetti & Meatballs, some salad, breadsticks, and a sweet tea with 🍋. I lokey wanted a 🍋 tea, but opted for a pitcher of Pepsi to share with the 3 oldest. 😢.. Also those looking for an (authentic)(like still with an "old world" soul) there is NO wine selection as of yet.. 😢..
