Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Daphne

1st I tried to call the store for about 10 minutes with no answer. I wanted to review my previous order that appeared overly expensive with apparent duplication of topping charges. 2nd the ordering site is not user friendly. They don't start with what is included in a basic dominoes pizza. It's just build your own from screen to screen. I had to start over twice because the site keeps sending you to buy extra stuff and won't let you just go to the check out. The instore person always asks if you tried ordering on line. Now its being forced when no one answers the phone. The site is not well designed aka user friendly and l'm waiting for another pizza place to open close to me so I can go there. Ironically there is a national ad on ION tv telling us to order from Domino's. If you would like to have a person contact me I will continue to communicate my experiences in a civil and object...

The pizza is good, but you guys need to take a hint from other restaurants and not charge ¢63 for sauce. I can go to Burger King and pay $1 for 10 nuggets and get all the sauce I want for free. Same with chik fil a or any other reputable place. Nickel and dining me after I just spent over $10 on a pizza is a bit of an insult. Heck, instead of spending ¢63 on sauce, I’ll just go to BK, buy 10 nuggets for ¢27 more, and get all the sauce I want. Other than that, this location is good for the most part. Service can be friendly or not, sometimes they botch the pizza but not every time.

Additionally, making me fill out the tip option in front of the cashier is a bit awkward, feel almost expected to give a tip even if I’m just picking up. Giving the option to tip is fine, just feel like I won’t be treated as nicely if I sign...

Worst domino's we've ever dealt with. We live five minutes away and they have consistently jacked up our delivery orders. They always forget the icing even when we pay for extra. Tonight someone called after 40 minutes saying the order was made and they forgot about it and if we wanted them to remake it or credit us. We requested to still get the pizza. It arrives and no icing, shocker. Upon opening the cinnamon twist box, there was a date sticker in the box. We brought it back to the store. The guy was rude when we showed them the sticker and also stated that we, yet again, did not receive any icing. He credited us $5. The delivery driver, Brianna, was very kind and apologetic. She was very professional, and the most pleasant of the employees. She even went above and beyond and brought us extra icing back...
