I stopped at the Dunkin Donut in Daphne Al on Father's Day Sunday on my way to Church. The service was terrible. After I ordered, they told me that I would have to wait to get my order, because they were busy. I asked if I could get a refund, so I wouldn't be late for Church. One of the employees began to verbally assault me, screaming and calling me stupid for asking for a refund. He did this in front of all the other customers and little children. The Manager finally came from the back of the store, and refunded my money. I'm glad I kept my cool, because this could have taken a turn for the worst..With all the violence in the world today, how can we let this kind of behavior exist without stoping it before there is another tragedy on the evening news. This restaurant has over thirty horrible reviews and yet not has been done to stop this type of behavior. Be careful where you take your family to dine, because trouble could be there waiting. Let's close this place down and get a more family friendly...
Read moreI recently had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' Donuts, and I have to say, it was truly exceptional. What stood out to me the most was the warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As someone who works at T-Mobile, I appreciate the importance of treating customers like family, and Dunkin' definitely embodies that spirit.
Despite encountering numerous negative reviews, I firmly believe that the issue doesn't lie in the staff's lack of training. Rather, it stems from being consistently understaffed, a common challenge faced by many businesses. It's important to recognize that the majority of Dunkin' employees are college students juggling academics and part-time work to make ends meet.
To those who incessantly criticize, I urge a bit of understanding and empathy. Not every day is perfect, and we all need to grow up and recognize the efforts of those working hard to serve us. So, next time you step into Dunkin', remember to appreciate the dedication of the staff and enjoy your...
Read moreI arrived at this location around 7:45 AM and decided to walk in as there was no one in the parking lot. I was not impressed. I ordered a frozen coffee and their new promotional Donut Fries, along with a few of their munchkins. I received the munchkins rather quickly, but the same cannot be said about the drink, nor the "fries". It took about 10 minutes until I had the rest of my order in my hands. The munchkins were rather dry and tasted as if they had been made the night prior. The frozen coffee beverage had the aftertaste of soured dairy, and the Donut Fries, which I was really excited to try, were incredibly lack luster and had the appearance of something that remained fry oil longer than what should have been. Perhaps this review is written out of spite since breakfast is my favorite meal. Plus the fact that I was really looking forward to their promotional Donut Fries and was let down probably isn't helping things either. All in all, I feel as if I might go back, but not...
